About: What started as a little side gig to earn travel money for a mother-daughter adventure has turned into a heart-full, life-changing journey for me. Seven years later, I’ve cared for over 100 pups through Rover—and every single one has brought their own goofy, sweet, hilarious personality into my home. I truly love what I do! When your pup stays with me, they’re treated like family. Couch cuddles? Absolutely. Mealtime routines? I’ve got them down. Unlimited zoomies through the dig-proof, camera-monitored backyard? You bet. I do everything we can to make our home a secure, happy little oasis for visiting doggy guests. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, I do require a meet & greet before booking, and I specialize in hosting small, non-aggressive, often senior pups. I adore the golden-oldies! My home is quiet, clean, and my yard is cared for daily—so your pup enjoys a healthy, low-stress stay. I’m big on communication, flexible when life throws curveballs, and my refund policy is very reasonable. I want every client to feel like a friend, and every dog to feel at home. Dogs are up early during the school year, out back, fed and then restricted to first floor during the day. I commonly check-in at noon and we are home by 3:30. Your pups have good (but lazy) days with my 2 girls unless we have the walker wear them out in the daytime. Beds are fluffy, water is always fresh and home is cozy and clean. In the summer I am always out back with my dogs in my "happy place" yard. My focus in on caring for the animals so I am around as much as possible. I enjoy their antics, there humor and their company-I hope they enjoy mine as well. Dogs have run of the house when we are home-access to back yard is through doggy door and we have had 100% success with teaching every Rover dog this routine. However, we still do scheduled walks and trips out back. Feeding is done in individual kitchen or living area spaces-dogs are not allowed to each another's food. We create a stress free environment at feeding time which encourages consumption and water intake.

About: Hi! We are Kayla and Austin! My partner and I have Been around many animals especially dogs, our entire life. I (Kayla) Have my grooming license and have dog sit, helped with rescues and administration of medications, physical therapy ect. Offer enrichment and lots of space to run and play! **FYI** if anyone is uncomfortable boarding at my home because we have dogs, we are more than happy, and capable of keeping your pet completely separate while still giving them a positive experience with plenty of space and love. Update 08/13/25 Just to be EXTRA cautious, unless you request otherwise, we will be keeping our dogs separate at all times. I currently have an open schedule so will build and work around everyone as I go. Working on building a great efficient and FUN routine! I have a fully fenced in back yard to play in and lots of toys and enrichment stuff to do while here, can also bring enrichment to other homes. Also can do baths, nails, ears, brushing..anything dog, I'm in!

About: I have been a lifelong Westie owner, and have experienced puppy training to senior care as a pet owner. I have also owned and cared for a variety of animals: fish, small animals, reptiles, and amphibians! In addition to loving and caring for my own pets, I have cared for and done simple training with the pets of friends and family. My goal is for you to be able to build and maintain positive, safe routine so your pet feels secure. I have some experience administering some pet medications due to owning a senior dog with health issues, and would be willing to learn new procedures to assist your pet's health and well-being. In addition to pet care at home, my pasr work experience in retail Pet centers and as a custodian means that I am understanding of what is necessary to maintain a safe, clean space for your pet as part of the drop-in. I am currently working full-time as a teacher, so my availability will be limited to weekends until summer. During summer, I will have full flexibility to help you care for your pet, especially in the mornings! I am willing to do meet-and-greets prior to the service to familiarize myself with your pet and home. Please let me know if you have any preferred routes for walking due to past encounters, etc. I am a teacher, so evenings and weekends are my school-year availability. About: I have experience in a wide variety of animal care (having worked at my local wildlife sanctuary). Not only am I experienced with dogs and cats, I am also experienced with special needs pets and administering medication. I am currently searching for full time employment, but as of right now I am very flexible! Once a do acquire employment, I am still flexible but will update my availability! I can follow instructions to the letter, and offer enrichment activities such as walks or playtime. During overnights, I will follow house safety procedures as well as be attentive to your pet throughout the night. I am experienced in special needs pets and administering medication.

About: I love dogs! I have had almost every type of dog from a 3lb Chihuahua to 120lb Saint Bernard. Currently, I have a 5yr old Sheepadoodle with a big personality and even bigger energy level which has given me quite a lot of experience with managing and training difficult dogs. I work from home so have a lot of flexibility for play time, snuggles and lots of walks throughout the day! I can be there for whatever your dog needs. I’d be in charge of walking, letting them out or dog sat for the weekend once I was older. Growing up this way has been a positive learning experience that lead me to be a great dog owner. 10 years ago I adopted Sadie, my first baby. She’s a beautiful lab mix. I have learned so much in the last decade about training dogs. I’ve taken puppy training class and still use a lot of that knowledge till this day. Sadie is extremely well trained and if I could I would 100% be a dog trainer. I’m not a dog whisperer but I definitely have a good understanding of how to handle pups and adult dogs. Dogs are easily my main love, but all animals have a special place in my heart. I value the connection and constant love they show towards their owners. I treat my dog like my daughter and would love to have have more one day. It would be a pleasure to care after your family member. I work full time M-F, with the ability to stop at home during the day. Also my wife is home most Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. So we work together to let the dogs out at appropriate time and keep them on their feeding schedule. Weekends are fun times with plenty walking, hikes, swimming, and dog parks if the owner is comfortable with us doing so. We go for two to 3 walks a day with our playful lab pups. We always have dogs on leash, and we have multiple kennels for our dogs if needed.

About: I worked for the humane society for 1 year and there I worked with a range of dogs, including pits, puppies, seniors, special needs, and ‘behavioral’ dogs. I also know training to an extent! No dog is too much for me! This is my full-time job, along with taking care of my own animals at home! I have a very flexible schedule and I am willing to work with any needs and I can do overnights. In my home, my dogs have electric collars to make sure they do not run off. I also keep an eye on them while they’re outside. They are fed on a schedule and also walked one on as well. My cats are also fed on a scheduled, daily litter box changes, and of course play time just like my dogs. In a client’s home I will do what they prefer so that they’re comfortable with me! I am responsible and respectful of others property and items, as one should be!

About: I have walked dogs for neighbors and friends for decades and also owned dogs including 2 senior rescues. My experience is with all types of breeds and ages. A happy dog starts with an exercised dog and I love to get outside too! I am a bartender so I have a very flexible schedule and can do mornings, afternoons or evenings. I am also available for last minute bookings. As your dogs caretaker their happiness is my biggest concern. Fresh water, soft warm bed, food and plenty of exercise are in always provided and cuddles if wanted.

My experiences span from overnight sitting puppies that are 8-10 weeks old, command training, walking training, making dog food from scratch, giving oral medication, and just making sure the pets under my care are getting attention and adequate exercise. I’m only offering walks, feeding, and potty breaks. I am a freelance photographer and art director who also works with the community, but no worries, my schedule is flexible enough to pop in to take your pets out or stay over for extended periods of time.
