He felt very comfortable with her immediately and she asked lots of questions about his care. Holly was very flexible with drop off & pick up times, and went above and beyond to send updates, pictures, and videos throughout my dog's stay. It was a great environment for my dog in particular since he loves playing and interacting with other dogs, and she did an amazing job leash training him during his stay.
