About: I'm a farm raised woman. I love animals of all kinds. I like dogs and cats and am trying to meet friends with dogs because, actually I like dogs more than most people and they are so unconditional of giving love....I also look forward to learning about the different personalities of the animals that come my way. I love getting the zoomies out and the tail wags going for a positive, safe, and happy time. I’m currently working as a veterinary assistant, where i can be mainly available in the afternoon/later evenings and weekends. Days may vary and may be available throughout the day. I understand new people can be scary to our fur babies, but allowing time for them to get to know me on their time will allow a more stress free time. I have two friendly corgis, I have plenty of space for all the pups and extra crates for them if needed! We’re in a very safe, trusted neighborhood. Your loved pets will be fed, played with and loved while you’re away!
About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs not just my own but friends and families. I let them spend the night, go for walks, feed them, bathe them and just let them hang out with my dogs. I have a full-time job, so I can care for your pet in the early morning or evenings on weekdays, and I’m pretty open on weekends. I would love to check on your beloved pets while you go out of town or just have a busy day away from home They are welcome to spend as many nights at my house where the backyard is fenced in and they can play outside or inside I have a fenced in backyard and 2 dogs that haven't met a stranger yet. They will get fed and watered also get to hangout with 2 other dogs and play with them.
About: I've had animals since I was 4 years old. I’ve been caring for other people's animals almost as long. I would go out of my way to walk my neighbor's dogs any time they would let me. I also have a background in veterinary care and am used to administering medications as well as injections. I’ve worked with a wide variety of animals from cats and dogs to standard farm-animals, rodents, and reptiles. I also have experience with true exotics as seen in some of my photos as I was previously a zookeeper. If there is an emergency that requires veterinary intervention, I will contact you immediately and take your pet to a vet or emergency vet of your choice. And if you have any extra tasks you need me to do like collecting mail & packages or watering plants, I can do that too! I work my day job Tuesdays - Saturdays from 7am - 12pm in Indianapolis and can be with your pet continuously before and after those hours. If you need a pet with constant care however, you will have to look somewhere else or book at least 2 weeks in advance. While my prices may seem steep, with my knowledge and years of experience, you will find that my care goes above and beyond! I have 3 cats and a dog, so I have my small menagerie that I take care of daily. But that won't stop me from taking care of your critters too! I have a partner at home that will take care of my own animals if I need to stay over to care for beloved furry family members. So no need to worry if your fluffy friends need round-the-clock care, I can do it! I have a large yard with lots of space for my dog to run, he knows not to go to the front of the house and stays close to me when we're outside and there are lots of parks nearby to go on walks. We have lots of high places for our cats to climb and perch.

On a more professional scale, I was a lead animal care attendant at a boarding facility. Caring for dogs on a day to day basis and make sure they had everything they needed from food to medicine to play has been a huge part of my life. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
