“I had the pleasure of having Alexandra look after my Great Pyrenees while I was away, and I would recommend her for your pet needs. Alexandra went above and beyond in her care, checking in daily to ensure he was not only fed and well-cared for but also happy and active. She took him on regular walks, engaged him with his favorite games, and made sure he received plenty of love and attention. What truly set Alexandra apart was her thoughtful approach to his needs, he is not an active dog but loves to play tug of war every day and get lots of pets. Additionally, Alexandra looked after my house, keeping everything tidy and secure, which gave me great peace of mind. She truly loves animals, having had dogs, cats, and birds before, making her an ideal caregiver for any pet. She is not just a pet sitter; she is a genuine animal lover who treats the pets under her care as if they were her own.”
8. Farah P.
“Farah is an excellent pet sitter! I have two dogs- one is an energetic 2 year old German Shepard, and the other is a calm 7 year old Blue Heeler Lab. She is able to keep up with my high energy dog, and knows how to give my mellow pup love and affection too. She is responsible, punctual, and reliable. She has watched my dogs numerous times, and she is the first person I always contact when I need a sitter. I would recommend Farah 100% with no hesitation.”
9. Sarah W.
About: Hey there! I’m Sarah. I'm so excited to be here on Rover! I have been surrounded by animals my entire life. My mom was a rescue manager, so naturally, her love for furbabies poured over to me, as well. I grew up helping my mom with our furfamily, fosters, and I even went with her when she was pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors. I wanted to be as much help as I could to my mom and them. Tho my mom doesn’t pet sit anymore, she is still my go to and may come with me from time to time to help. In mentioning my mom, she drinks coffee out of a mug that reads, "I WILL SAVE THEM ALL." I love that mug! We have a furfamily of 5 dogs and 2 cats. I love them all so much and am grateful for each of them. They make me smile from ear to ear on a daily basis. I also work full-time 3 to 1130 Thursday-Monsay. I could work on my off days, which is Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but that has to be midday visits/walks Available Thursday-Monday 7 AM to 3 PM. Of note, I will always do my very best to give plenty of notice for days I will not be available (ie. Holidays and personal time off, etc.). I offer drop-in services only. I am excited to have this opportunity to be there for you. I understand how important it is to be able to trust who takes care of your furbabies. I will indeed take care of your furbabies as if they were a part of my family.

She spends quality time and is very attentive to Bowman Thank you so much for taking care of our fur baby! We really appreciate you :-)”
11. Chloe H.

She has been volunteering with a local rescue group for over two years providing love and walks for our furry friends. She has dog/house sit for many of my friends and colleagues numerous times. She is a dedicated and loving person that any dog would want as a friend.”

15. Sylvia S.
About: Starting at a very young age my family always had pets.. From dogs and cats to fish, bunnies, you name it! The past few years I’ve frequently sat for family members and friends. I regularly sit multiple animals at once that are different sizes and breeds. Owners deserve time off for work, vacation, etc without having to worry. That being said, let me take the extra stress off and care for your babies!! I work full time, 9-5 during weekdays; off on weekends. I typically let animals out morning and night on weekdays and can be present all day on weekends. I care for my clients pets to my full extent and make sure they’re safely looked after. I can accommodate to any needs and specifications. I work very well in the home of my clients, it provides the best care for animals. Comfortability and safety of the pets as well as their owners mean a lot to me. I put a large amount of trust in each of my clients, as I would want them to do for me. Chat with me to go over needs/wants and how I can do my best for you and your pet(s)!
16. Howie N.
About: I’ve actually owned pets since the early 90’s as a child. However, my true pet ownership skills were pressure tested during hurricane Katrina (2005) when I was forced to evacuate with my pets. As any pet parent, I did everything I needed to do to ensure continuity of care for my dogs even during a time of natural disaster. I’ve owned many dogs all my life, mostly small and medium sized dogs but I also have experience per-sitting large dogs, too. After all - all pets need love! I’ve seen my animals go through all stages of life and I also have experience giving my pets their needed prescriptions and even feeding prescription pet food! Whether you need someone to check in on your furry family member or you need them to be taken for a walk, it would be an honor to serve you and your beloved furry family member. I love sending photographic progress updates to my fellow pet parents so they know that their furry ones are in great hands. I recently had two pets that crossed the rainbow bridge this year due to age and related issues. Therefore I do not have pets at present but I’m very familiar with the care of pets. I work full time for a healthcare company and I’m also a full time student almost done with my MBA in healthcare business. Typically I’m available most evenings after 4:30pm during the work week and weekends are much more open. I will always make sure my schedule availability is updated so that you know if I have a time slot available. I love communicating with pet parents and love it when the communication is reciprocated, it simply makes pet sitting so much easier. If you want me to do a check in or take your pet for a walk - I request that you provide instructions that are clear and easy to follow so I can give you and your pets the best service and care deserved. Out of consideration and safety for your pets, I will never bring my own pet treats unless I confirm with ahead of time to be observant of the nutritional variables for each pet. I request that your pets are current and up to date with their immunizations for both my safety and theirs.

About: I've had a dog ever since I was a baby. Taking care of animals is my favorite thing to do and it brings me joy to know I can make their day. My dog had to take medicine for a few months and I was always good with making sure she had it on time and took it the right days. I care for my own dog everyday by giving her her medicine, healthy treats, and bonding time. I'd like to help others take care of theirs also. I care for all pets as my own whether it comes with walking them or just spending time with them. I have a soft spot for animals. They deserve the best treatment.
18. Jamie C.
“Jamie is amazing, she's very sweet and kind to my fur babies. She has watched my dog's on several occasions, they are very well taken care of, she sends me pictures of them throughout the day and They just love her”
19. Myla E.
About: I love caring for dogs. My cousin would let me watch her dogs because she knew they were in good hands. I would bathe them and feed them so my cousin had one less thing to stress about. I’m about to graduate high school so I’ll have a lot of free time and I wanted to spend my summer afternoon doing something I love. I have a fenced yard and it can only be unlocked with a key. My neighborhood is quiet with a few dogs around but they’re always guarded or on their leashes.
20. Carrie K.
“Carre has been a long time go to friend for all of my dog sitting/walking needs. Both of my dogs truly adore her and have their own bonds with her. She is a naturally gifted animal lover and care giver.”
