About: I grew up with all kinds of animals. If they have four legs, I pretty much enjoyed to be around. Zoos are my place to experience all breeds of life. I currently work from home. This has allowed me to have all the time needed to bond with pets. I also enjoy my 3 acres of space. I want to have it used by any pet who loves to roam outside. Just alot of space to entertain pets. My yard is not all fenced in. However its away from any sort of traffic. Very quite and alot of pet friendly homes. I can assure to put safety first at all cost.

About: We care for our furry friends as if they are our children. We’ve never met a dog we didn’t fall in love with. I started training with dogs when I was in elementary school and never stopped. I got my Doberman Rowan right after graduating college and trained him myself starting at 8 weeks old. He grew into the most intelligent and obedient dog who blew away everyone with his performance and kind and calm nature. We know how important consistency is with ongoing training and we will be sure to conform to whatever your preferences are. Our Rowan had a series of health issues including several emergency events which taught us much about not only how to handle emergencies but also how to prevent them with careful monitoring, medicine administering, and providing them what they need. Our training continued when we foster-failed with our mix Suki, a friendly, mild mannered and sweet 1.5 year old. While our Rowan only lives on in spirit, Suki will entertain, play, and cuddle with your friend like they’re her sister. With my fully remote job I’m home all day. Cloé is a PhD student with variable schedules, so between the two of us your dog will get lots of stimulation, care, and attention. Please feel free to ask any and all questions. We’re here to help! If your dog is reliable off leash we have many options to get them exercised. I often run with Suki at Bluff Point and if your dog is up for it they could easily join us. We also take our dogs to several other trails in the surrounding area to provide them with stimulation through smells, meeting other dogs, and chasing squirrels. We truly know what it means to give your dog the stimulation and care they need. Our heart would hurt too much otherwise!

“We reached out to Mary Jo on short notice when our plans for the day changed and she was a lifesaver. Before booking the stay Mary Jo was great with prompt responses and made us feel like even though we were making last minute plans that our dog Stevie would be thoughtfully cared for. Mary Jo accommodated our schedule well for drop off and pickup, even having Stevie ready for pickup so we could get back on the road quickly. Mary Jo welcomed us into her home and let us see that Stevie was getting settled in well. We could tell right away that her son is a true dog lover and we enjoyed watching him get to know Stevie. When we came to pick Stevie up she was so happy and tired that she could barely keep her eyes open in the car. We could tell she had a great day with Mary Jo and her family!”

About: I have taken care of pets ranging from ferrets to cats and dogs. I’ve done overnights at friends and family’s homes and have hosted dogs and cats for a few days to a couple weeks. I currently foster dogs through East Coast Canine Rescue. I’ve fostered 9 week old puppies and adult dogs up to 65 lbs. I can work with your dog on leash training and other manners on our walks. I use positive reinforcement and strong communication skills to make for a fun and relaxing walk or playtime for your dog. I also love cats and would be happy to take care of your cat as well! I am a high school math teacher and am home off and on during the weekend and summer and almost every week day after 3 pm during the school year. I am open to caring for dogs with all types of needs and am very active. I pretty much love dogs more than humans and can’t wait to meet your furry friends! I am a teacher so I am very available on days and weekends in the summer. I am an early riser and could stop by mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I have a five year old dog, Pria, who I leash walk 2 times a day and play with in the yard using an e-collar. I also attend the dog park to help socialize her. She is very friendly and I am also happy to socialize your dog with Pria as well and train them to leash walk together if interested!

About: I have always enjoyed and loved being around animals. I have a natural ability to nurture all dogs with different types of disabilities and anxieties. I have experience with senior dogs and dogs who have had ACL surgery. I am retired so I will be very flexible and even able to do last minute caring. I also love to walk dogs on a daily basis. I will offer a safe and caring environment as well as devoting my full attention to your pet no matter what their needs may be.

“Lourdes “Luli” was a stellar and responsive caretaker of my 8 mo, high-energy Australian Shepherd puppy. I was a bit nervous to be her first Rover client, but felt immediate comfort on the meet and greet. She and her delightful, well-behaved pup, Tito, were exemplary hosts. She took all my concerns in stride and made sure that my puppy had a safe, enriching and engaging experience. She sent lots of photos documenting his play and nap time with his new buddy. Luli was flexible about the drop off when my schedule unexpectedly changed and was always quick to return texts. My dog came back happy and relaxed and literally pulled me to her doorway each day of our stay. Her home was immaculate and puppy safe, with a small secure, enclosed yard for play. I have nothing but the highest regard for Luli, and her professionalism and warmth towards both me and my dog! She clearly is a dog whisperer and my dog, very attached to us, but eager to be left with Luli, confirms this. I have no reservations about emphatically recommending her!”

“I came into the area for the day and Elizabeth was so wonderful to watch my dog Daisy. She has such a lovely home and family. I would absolutely 💯% recommend Elizabeth. Daisy had a great day in her care!”

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets growing up, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and some friendly neighborhood chickens. I love them all! I’ve been walking dogs since I was a freshman in high school and I don’t think i’ll ever get tired of it! I have a very flexible schedule since I only have a part time job, and I take quite a bit of work from this app :) I love taking walks, so I provide anywhere from two to four potty breaks or trips outside throughout the day. I also enjoy hiking and I like to bring pups with a bit more energy to tag along. I’m more than happy to stay in your home with your pets if discussed and my main concern is that your pets are happy, safe, and just like you left them.

Thank you and be well. I love dogs and cats! My love for animals started early in life, growing up always having pets and even making some of my first few bucks dog walking for neighbor’s dogs. I come from a family of care-takers, nurses and teachers, so naturally, I love taking care of people and what better way to do that than ensure their pets are cared for, too! I will make sure your precious doggies and pets are loved and taken care of just like it was my own dog or pet. There’s nothing like the peace of mind, knowing your beloved fur-baby is getting the attention, food, water, bathroom breaks, belly rubs, butt scratches, and exercise he or she deserves while you’re away or at work. I’ll be sure to give your dog and/or cats lots of love! One of my proudest memories is when my dog graduated “Puppy Manors Class”. I am happy to know what you’d like to work on with your dog in terms of behavior and training, and help in any way I can - or, follow any commands and training strategies you already have in place. Cesar Millan is one of my favorite dog trainers, for the way he is able to understand dogs and speak their language. Something interesting I’ve learned from him is that dogs actually DO have a sense of time, “Your dog does have a sense of time — and misses you when you’re gone. If you think your dog knows when it’s time for dinner or a walk, you’re right! Dogs pick up on our routines and habits, and they also sense how much time has passed. One study showed how dogs responded differently to their owners being gone for different lengths of time.” I understand the value and importance of a reliable pet care taker - our animals depend on us and miss us just like humans do with their friends and family, that’s why I know how important having a reliable and loving pet sitter is. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile, I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you! Please message me first for your free meet and greet. Thank you!
