“Julie went above and beyond for my dog, Halley. I was recently in town for work and needed someone to walk her. My hotel situation was not ideal for walking dogs, so Julie went out of her way to take care of Halley every single day I needed her. Halley became great friends with her two goldens and she had a wonderful time. I could completely trust Julie, which was a huge relief as it took away any stress I might have had worrying about Halley during the day. Don’t hesitate to contact Julie if you are in need of someone to take care of your pup!!!”

About: One of my favorite things in life is animals! I’ve grown up with pets and know just how important they are. Pet care is more than a side gig to me because of how much I love all pets! I’m a Music Performance major at WIU. I play Tuba and Bass in many ensembles. In the summer, my schedule is very available. During school, I can be very flexible. I live in a pet friendly apartment and currently have no pets. There is a big yard outside the complex. You can trust me to take care of your pet in your home or my own. I care greatly no matter the home.

About: Growing up on a farm, I have always had a passion for taking care of various kinds of animals, but particularly cats and dogs. I have 10+ years of experience dog and cat sitting for others and I thoroughly enjoy meeting new furry friends! I just graduated law school and I’m currently home full-time while studying to take the bar exam. I have lots of time to cuddle and play with your pet(s) throughout the day! My apartment complex has a small dog park and lots of paths for walking dogs. I walk my dog 2 miles each day because we love to be outside (rain or shine)! Pets can be easily crated if needed but is certainly not a requirement.

“Jacob has been great. He came at the last minute to help when I was unable to walk my Toffee. Very friendly and helpful. Even gives me tips to help train my new dog. I'm greatful to have found him!”

About: Experience with caring for dogs and cats of all ages. I have a passion for special needs, sick and elderly pets. While not in class I would love to watch your pet(s) and care for them. I recently moved from Chicago to Macomb to pursue school. I have a love for outdoors! Hiking and enjoying trails is one of my favorite hobbies I would love to include your furry friend on! I am a nurse part time and pre-medicine student. My husband, Carlos, works from home and is an even bigger pet lover than myself! My work schedule is “as needed” meaning I make my own schedule, making me flexible for pet parents! My job is also less than a mile from home making me available almost at all times! I have a very spacious one bedroom apartment. I have been told by HVAC and Xfinity people that it is the nicest, largest, one in Macomb. There are also plenty of parks and trails nearby for when your furry friend is ready to explore. I am a home body most days, but of course when the weather is nice that changes! I love to be outdoors. I work part time, while my husband works from home full time. I make my work schedule and can build it around clients needs. I also work a few minutes away allowing me to be home on breaks if need be! I believe in following the rules the pet parents set! This helps decrease anxiety for the pet! I respect all the rules and expectations set by the pet parent as they are in charge at the end of the day!

Stephanie M.
“Stef is a kind, patient, and extremely responsible pet sitter. She took care of our two demanding cats at her apartment for a week while we were out of town last summer. One cat required twice-daily oral medication - no fun for us as her owner, much less for a pet sitter, but Stef did it with ease. On the day of our return, she brought our kitties home and got them settled in - one less thing for us to worry about.”

Denise J.

“Denise arrived on time for her drop in visits with pixie! She always sent pictures of how the visit was. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs her!”

Logan M.
“Logan was hired to dog sit and house sit and he did a wonderful job. The house was kept as clean as when I left and my dog runs to play with him, wagging her tail now when she sees him. He kept her fed, snuggled with her and took her on walks for the entirety of my absence. He communicated with me any time I texted, too (since I’m an overprotective dog mom ). I would hire him above all others to do it again! He is a trustworthy guy for sure!”

Riley M.

“Riley was amazing! Dropped in and took the dogs for a walk and made sure they were fed while we were out of town.”

Coree J.

“Did an amazing job!! My dog seemed very happy when she returned?”

Samantha G.
“AWESOME!! She was very knowledgeable about my dogs medication, even more knowledgeable than me it felt like. She is a close friend who really helped me when my dog had Pyometra and needed surgery and medications. She gave me pointers to help my pitbull take the medicine and making her comfortable. She would check up on us and definitely wasn’t afraid of any blood or needles.”
