About: -I treat all pets like that are my own- it is not just "another booking" for me. -I try my best to keep all their routines consistent, so I don't add any extra stress to their life, since I am sure they are already missing you. -I adjust care to each pet's needs, and I am very patient with dogs who are anxious and shy and also ones that are very high energy. -I send frequent photo + video updates (unless you would not prefer this, please let me know, I am happy to refrain.) & I leave detailed visit summaries and always use the app, so you know when I am in your home. -I am responsible, reliable, caring and trustworthy. I have struggled to find the right pet sitter in the past before I used rover, and to find someone that was available when I needed them was everything. I would love to be that person for you, and able to help you out when you need it most. Pet care fits into my daily routine because my fiancé and I already structure our day around consistency with taking care of our own pets. Even with my full time job, I plan my schedule carefully so walks, check-ins, feedings and play sessions are never overlooked. Those are my dogs favorite parts of the day so I make sure to treat your pet the same way. Caring for pets is not something I squeeze in, it's something I love to do and make time for. Having pets of my own keeps me in routine of exercise, and attentive care which carries over right into how I look after every pet I am sitting for. Owners will feel confident in knowing their pets are being cared for by someone who lives this routine every day, not just during bookings. I provide attentive, structured and personalized care, whether pets are in my home or the clients home. I follow each pet's normal routines as closely as I can; including feeding schedule, walk times, medications, crate habits, and play preferences so I can keep them comfortable and stress-free. In my home, pets get a clean, safe and calm environment with supervised time, exercise and plenty of affection. I also have a friendly dog and cat who are well-socialized and get along with other dogs. If they are not crate trained I will be sure to sleep with them in our guest room so that they will get rest apart from where my dog and cat sleeps in our bedroom. In a client home I am respectful of the space and keep things so pets feel secure in their home. I prioritize safety, cleanliness, communication and enrichment and I always send regular updates and photos, so owners know their pets are happy and well cared for. I need to know ahead of time if you dog gets along with cats, if they do not, I will need to watch your dog in your home. I also require a meet and greet if your pets will be coming to our home ahead of time to be sure they get along with our dog and cat as well.

About: I’ve never met a dog that doesn’t like me. I donate a bag of treats each stay from my dog’s social media sponsor. We take a walk every single day. I am a teacher so I am out of the house from 7:45am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. I have some flexibility to leave early if need be. During lunch break, I use my Furbo camera to talk to my dog and launch a treat for him. I usually take my dog for a walk as soon as I get home from work. Weekends, I am typically home most the day. I have a ranch style single-family home that has a doggy door to a full turf and fully fenced back yard. I have the sweetest Golden Retriever that loves having other doggos come over. Warning: your pet will get lots of love and may not want to leave.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a child. When I was a kid I cared for feral cats at my Grandparent's farm. Every morning we eat breakfast which includes outdoor time to benefit mental health. Afterwards my pup gets her daily vitamins. Depending on the weather we do some training to keep commands and tricks up to par. Other days we'll play or go on a walk. We always have an enrichment activity during the day, which usually involves food. Then 8-12 hours later we'll eat dinner. When we're ready for bed, Jade has the option to sleep in my bed or her own.

About: Animals are so unique. The way they play, eat and sleep, every animals deserves special, intentional care. I have availability all day on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays and my week nights are open for pet care as well. In a clients home, I am respectful of their home and their animals. About: Hi! My name is Amanda. I have worked in doggie daycare, worked as a bather and in the sales department! At work I got to experience different breeds, temperaments and personalities! My favorite part of my job is building strong relationships with the owners and their dogs! I also have experience dropping in homes while their owners are at work, school or out of town. When I do drop ins I have taken them on walks, picked up after them and fed them. I absolutely love working with all animals! I do have a full time job working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Mon-Fri I do work from 730am-4pm. I am still available during the weekends and can also do house sitting during the days that I work! I will follow their daily routine and make them as comfortable as possible while you are away. While walking them I will keep distance from other animals to ensure their safety. I will also follow all dietary needs and feeding schedules.

About: I have been raised around both cats and dogs of different sizes. I have worked for close friends and family to watch and take care of their animals. I am a good listener and able to follow any directions given. I am available any time during the week days. The weekends will vary on scheduling. I have no plans on leaving for vacation during the summer. I used to have a crated dog and would be able to crate a clients dog if needed. I used to have a great dane so I am comfortable with any size dog for walking and playing.

About: I’ve been around many dogs since I was little. Even viscous ones. But no type of dog scares me. Having a cane corso for about 4-5 years got me to be aware of any type of pets. Being around cats dosent worry me. Just as long as I pay attention to signs on what to and not to do. I work full time with kids and I love pet sitting for one of my friends. But usually after work I love to be around lovely pets. I will walk your dog personally. To be honest, letting a dog out in a yard doesn’t seem like they have much freedom. Taking them on an adventure is the way to do it so they have options. Treat them the way you would want to be treated is my motto.

About: I do have a lot of experience with older cats and puppies. I feel that I can communicate with them and make them feel important. I am happy to have play dates and go to the park to get some energy out. Have some quality time and human contact. I like to spoil pets. I work part time at the zoo. I am a mother hen when it comes to their safety just like with my kids. I make sure the pets can't get out. There are no plants and pet proof the house. Make sure of open windows and doors. Make sure of what they eat while in my care.

About: I’ve been dogsitting and dog walking pretty consistently since I graduated high school in 2016, though not much via Rover. Word of mouth has been the easiest way but having just moved to Davenport from Muscatine- trying this! I live inbetween Marquette Park and Vander Veer park Plus a slew of smaller parks in green areas. I’ve grown up around a dogs and cats for pretty much my whole life, though I don’t currently have any pets of my own- my cat passed away January 2021. My most regular dogsitting/housesitting experience is a house that has 3 elder/older dogs and 4 cats of varying ages. I’m experiences with young and old animals, administering a variety of medications and adhering to a wide range of schedules. I’m currently a college student but all of my courses have been moved online so I have 3/4 of my day free besides art commissions and other part-time gigs. I live with my roommates 5 year old Lab, with a fenced yard. I’d prefer caring for pets in their homes if possible but mine is a potential.
