“The best! Thank you for all you do!”

About: Who's a good kitty/ doggie/ chickie/ bunny/ birdie/ turtle/ goat/ danger noodle? We have experience with all of those pets, as our own, fosters, and petsitting. Rover was recommended to us as a way to find cats and dogs for boarding, but we can also board or petsit chickens, bunnies, birds, turtles, goats, snakes, fish, lizards, and other animals. We love 'em all! Our house is a loving home in a good neighborhood. Pets that board with us are absolutely allowed on all the furniture, get their own room, and get lots of petting and snuggling. You can drop off at our house, or we can pick up at yours, or we can housesit for you. Let us spoil your pets with top shelf treatment while you are away! Love, Crystal, Russ, Jon, Ben, Em, Livi, Teddie, Napoleon, and Butters Being that our home has several people in it, including one teen who started homeschooling in 2020, we arrange our schedules to accommodate pets' needs. For example, our dogs are usually walked at 6 am, noon, 6 pm and 9 pm. Depending on pets' needs we can take them on frequent walks. Our yard has been free of chemicals for nearly a decade so we don't have to worry if a rabbit munches on some violets or a turtle finds the dandelion leaves tasty. We have moveable fencing and shade for rabbits and turtles to get outside time, and we stay with them to ensure no escapes and no trouble from other animals. Or, if you prefer, we can take extra precautions to NOT let your pet outside. And, we can keep them off of furniture and beds if that's the rule at your house. Our schedules are a hybrid of telework, cyberschool and in-person. We typically walk dogs before work, at lunchtime, after work and before bed. Ditto on weekends though the "work" is housework. We're very flexible, depending on your pet's needs. Two guest rooms in our house are available for keeping pet guests separate, if that's better for them. Or, if we all get along, we can hang out all together in the living room, kitchen, etc.

“Carleigh was very sweet and took great care of Finney! She fed and walked him and played with him, and he came home very happy! She was a great first Rover experience. We would recommend Carleigh to anyone!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet parent currently sharing my home with 3 cats, 2 dogs, a bunny, and a chinchilla. My family lovingly calls me the cat whisperer—but the truth is, animals of all kinds seem to feel at ease around me. With a lifetime of caring for pets, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to look after your furry (or fluffy!) family members. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or special care routines, I provide the same love and attention I give my own pets. I’m here to give you peace of mind while you're away, knowing your pets are safe, happy, and loved. Let’s make tails wag and whiskers twitch—I'd love to meet your pets! I work from home and have a pretty flexible work schedule so your dog will be able to go outside multiple times a day, or whenever it needs to! While I have a large, open yard, it is unfenced—so for everyone’s safety, all visiting dogs are supervised at all times and never left outside unattended. My own two dogs are crate trained, and I use crates or safe indoor spaces as needed to ensure a calm and secure environment for every pet in my care. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities!

“I am very particular with my pup and her safety and I never feel nervous bringing her to Megan's place. She exercises her well and having other pups around helps to socialize my pup! Megan is top notch when it comes to help with training as well! She stays familiar with the rules I have for my dog and makes sure my dog is following the same rules in her home. Since my dog has been taken care of by Megan, she has learned how to walk better on a leash, learned new tricks and also reacts better with other dogs. Megan is extremely knowledgeable about dogs. This is the best doggy daycare I could ask for, perfect for any pup that doesn't want to be left at home, wants to learn new tricks, needs some or a lot of exercise, needs socialization with other dogs, needs some mind stimulation and much more. For all that Megan does, this doggy daycare is an absolute steal for the price!!”

About: For the past 14 years, I've had the privilege of working as a Certified Veterinary Technician, gaining experience in all aspects of veterinary care, including emergency medicine. Throughout my life, I’ve raised cats and dogs, and I truly believe that pets are not just animals, but integral members of the family. At home, I currently share my space with two incredibly friendly dogs and one cat, but we are always open to hosting more. I ensure that any cats staying with us have a dedicated room to make their stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In addition to my professional expertise, I am available for dog walks and can even bring my friendly Golden Retriever along for extra socialization during small pack walks. My passion for animals extends beyond my professional experience, and I am committed to providing a loving and safe environment for all pets under my care. **Comfortable In-Home Care** I offer a safe and comfortable environment for your pets while you're away or working. With the flexibility of working from home, I can provide consistent care and attention throughout the day. **Furniture-Friendly**: Your pets are welcome to relax on the furniture, ensuring a home-like environment for them. I keep everything clean and safe for them to enjoy. **Supervised Outdoor Time**: While I do not have a fenced-in yard, I provide outdoor time using a tie-out, ensuring they can safely enjoy some fresh air and a change of scenery. The tie-out is always used under supervision for their safety. Alternatively, I can offer short walks every 4 hours for exercise and mental stimulation. **Crate or Free Sleeping Options**: Pets can sleep in or out of a crate, based on your preference and their comfort. Whether they feel more secure in a crate or prefer to lounge on a bed or furniture, I provide the flexibility to suit their needs. **Regular Check-ins** Throughout the day, I’ll check on your pet, providing companionship, ensuring they have enough food and water, and offering playtime. **Playtime & Interaction** I will engage with your pet through play, enrichment activities, and attention, ensuring they stay entertained and mentally stimulated. **Medication Administration** If your pet requires any medication, I am happy to administer it according to the owner's instructions. **Emergency Support** I keep emergency contact details handy and am prepared to manage any unexpected situations with your pet, should they arise.

About: A little about me: With an MA in psychology and a personal mission to support marginalized groups and promote social justice, my professional area is in behavioral / mental health. Currently, however, I am a full-time stay at home mom to my 2-year-old son and semi- recently relocated to Lewisburg, PA, where I grew up. I am a bit of a homebody which means if I am pet-sitting for you, I would be spending a lot of time at your house with your pet(s).

Jessica A.
“Jess grew up with many dogs (miniature pinschers) in the household, and loving them is second nature to her. Now, she works hard to give the best care to her own 4 dogs and 6 cats. She is gentle and patient with all her animals and she is always ready to give love to a new one. She has periodically fostered kittens for about a year now, but her appetite for animals to love is never satisfied. You won't be disappointed by her care!”
