About: Hello! My name is Taj! I have been pet sitting for about 2 years now. I also house sit! I am currently a medical assistant and college student with a BCLS and CPR certification. I have done volunteer work at shelters and at clinics including a medical and dental program in South Korea! Can't wait to meet you! I am able to dogwalk and pet sit anytime after 430pm on weekdays. About: I have babysit my family and friends fur babies over night for several years now . I enjoy spending the time with them and enjoy taking them on long walks and having play time with them. I have four dogs of my own that I take care of. I work for amazon right now monday thru thursday. Iam opened to helping out with customers pets friday tru sunday. I feed and water my dogs everyday, plus play with them to. If its a nice out i let my dogs choose if they want to stay outside or not until i get home from work, but they are inside on nasty days. They do come in at night and sleep with us. I give them their owns baths and trim their own nails. At the clients home I take their dog outside on a nice day to play and take their dogs on a walk. Before I would leave the clients home, I would make sure that their fur babies would have water and food . When we are on walks I make sure I carry water with me for their fur babies.

About: Hey friends! I graduated with an AAS in Veterinary Technology in 2019 from Muscatine, Iowa. I have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2020 and I absolutely love it. I have a large passion for animal care and know that they deserve as much love as people do. My family and friends have always had animals as well, so I’ve helped with them here and there. I’ve done quite a few jobs on here and it’s always been a great experience! I am CPR trained for both cats and dogs and know how to give various medications in various ways. I worked at Northgate Small Animal Hospital in Collinsville, IL for over 2 years and recently quit this year due to my CF, but I still keep up to date with my licensure! I can work with dogs, cats, and small exotic animals including hamsters, Guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, etc. Don’t worry, you can trust me with all of your fur babies!!! As previously mentioned, I quit working as a Vet Tech in 2023 do to hardships with my Cystic Fibrosis. I still do Rover jobs, so feel free to ask me if you need me! I had a baby earlier this year in April, so my schedule will depend on him and that of my hubbys! Other than that, just let me know and ask me! I don’t watch animals at my home due to our dog, Chief, being dog aggressive but I’m always happy to come to your home and visit your pets! I’m happy to follow a schedule or do whatever you need while at your home!

All my life, I have always had pups in my home or worked professionally with them which is why I joined Rover so I could work and do what I love at the same time. I do Rover full time and I don’t have any fur babies of my own at the moment, so I’m able to dedicate all my time and attention to yours 🐾☺️ I've worked at Kennelwood Animal Resort and Y Bark Alone which are daycare/boarding businesses and I absolutely loved it. I was taught how to kennel them properly, administer meds, and how to deal with all types of animal behavior big and small. With this being said, you can always trust your fur babies in my presence. He or she will always be the number one priority and be treated as if they were my own. Lastly, my goal is to build a relationship and longevity with the pup/owner so I can be the first person you think of when looking for a sitter knowing that they’re in great hands. I work in a hospital and have a part time job. After 3-4pm I can definitely hangout with your pups. Whether for a walk or go to the park. Provide a balanced and appropriate diet for the pet based on its species, age, and health requirements. Avoid overfeeding. Always ensure access to fresh, clean water for your pet. Regularly check and refill the water bowl to keep your pet hydrated. Engage your pet in regular physical activity suitable for its species. This could include walks, playtime, or other forms of exercise to keep them healthy and active. Depending on the type of pet, grooming needs may vary. Regular grooming such as brushing, bathing, nail trimming, and dental care are essential for their health and well-being. Spend quality time with your pet, provide enrichment activities, and consider socializing them with other animals if appropriate. Maintain a clean living environment for your pet. Regularly clean their living space, wash bedding, and remove waste promptly to prevent odors and maintain hygiene.
