One week with him dropping in for an hour, and my Achilles is already listening better on walks, using the restroom with regularity outside, and listening better during indoor play as well. “We took a one week vacation and were a little concern to have a stranger come care for our dog (Libby) in our home. We were able to meet and greet with Josh a few days before. Libby kept barking at Josh but after a while he was able to pet her and carry her. Josh checked in on Libby twice a day to take her out to use bathroom and to make sure she had food and water, that’s all I needed Josh to do. However he took the extra step to take her for walks around the block, keep an eye on my home and even took the extra step to feed my fish. Libby was very spoiled and made a new friend. “Ignacio took excellent care of my 2 little cats. He communicated through the day and sent a good amount of pictures. I have a shy cat that will hide and is too scared to eat around strangers, but Ignacio did a great job of making sure he ate his medicine twice a day. I didnt ask him to, but he brought in a package thay was delivered while I was away and even brought in the trash container from the street. Thank you so much!! “We had to fly out for a three-day trip on very short notice. We have two cats: a 13-year-old diabetic orange cat who we call our "love sponge," and a thee-year-old lever, mischievous tortie. Morgan understood the assignment. She had not given insulin to a cat before. I showed her how to do it, left written instructions, and all insulin doses went well. The cats were happy and healthy when we returned. My diabetic cat had a veterinarian appointment when we returned, and his glucose and neutrophils were within a good range.”

I am currently a college student on summer vacation so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to take care of your pet as needed. About: Active young professional working remote that is passionate about dogs, seeking to spend more time with them! My first dog was a mini poodle and I also have owned/fostered a pit bull, a collie, and many hound mixed. My aunt owns an animal shelter where I used to live in Connecticut and I spent a lot of time there exposed to various breeds. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my dog or other dogs living their best life. I can accommodate small dogs that just want some love but also active dogs since I walk about 6-8 miles a day already and would love company. There is a dog park on my street as well if they’d prefer an open area to run. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I find myself just wandering around, walking around the parks, and can accommodate your schedule! I have one small 7 year old beagle mix that your dog could spend time with. Our days would consist of many walks (some on their own and if they don’t mind / prefer company, some with my dog) snuggling, and playing at the dog park which is normally empty. I also enjoy hiking and exploring on the weekends if your dog is into that sort of thing.

About: I’ve had all kinds of animals since I was born. I’ve personally owned both dogs and cats (currently have two very rotten cats!), but I’ve grown up with everything from kittens to chickens to cattle to German shepherds. I genuinely just love animals, and would be thrilled to get to know yours as well! I work full-time, but I work from home Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I’m based in Southtown, so I’m centrally located and can come visit your animals up to three times a day, or stay at your house. Unfortunately, since I live in an apartment, I cannot house any extra pets at my own home. I get it, your pet is your baby and you need someone you can trust! I’m an experienced pet sitter, whether you need them let out in your backyard, taken on walks, or given some cuddles, I can do it. I can provide pictures daily, and I’m very big on communication.
