About: Hi, I am Lukas. I am an experienced and CPR-certified pet sitter who has been caring for animals since 2005. I grew up fostering kittens and walking neighborhood dogs. My favorite, most-read book was "The Ultimate Encyclopedia of Dogs, Dog Breeds & Dog Care" by Larkin et al. I also spent years patiently befriending stray cats, raccoons, and one opossum by sitting quietly with them until they felt safe enough to approach. That early experience shaped how I care for animals today. I let each pet show me who they are, and I match my approach to their individual needs. Over the years, I have cared for cats, dogs, goats, and rabbits. I have worked with senior pets and kittens. I have supported animals who feel anxious or reactive. I have managed medication regimens and cared for households with multiple pets. Beginning in 2025, I finally started offering paid dog sitting and house sitting for friends for stays up to two weeks. My goal is always to create a calm and predictable environment where animals can relax while their people are away. When I care for dogs, I use a structured routine that includes feeding, potty breaks, positive reinforcement, and enriching activities to help them feel settled. I only walk one dog at a time, and I only walk dogs that I know. For safety, I require that the dog be leash-trained and wear a dedicated walking collar or harness that will not choke if they pull. With cats and other quiet companions, I rely on gentleness, patience, and observation. I never force physical contact. If they want affection, I am happy to offer it. If they prefer space, I honor that and let them approach me on their own terms. Even very shy cats often warm up to me because I do not rush them. Communication matters to me. You will receive photos of your pets when I arrive and when I leave. I also send extra pictures or videos when your pet does something sweet or interesting. Being away from a beloved animal can be stressful, and I want you to feel connected and reassured. Pets are family members, and each one has a unique personality and way of moving through the world. My goal is to support that individuality and help each pet live comfortably and confidently while you are gone. I want you to feel completely certain that your animals are safe and cared for with genuine warmth and professionalism. IMPORTANT NOTE: All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, be spayed/neutered, and show no symptoms of communicable diseases (Parvo, kennel cough, etc.). I work part-time as a barista, and I am an online student. I will request internet access in your home if I'm staying for longer than half an hour, so I can tackle some schoolwork if my calendar schedule is particularly full. I get my work schedule for the week every Sunday night, so I usually respond to requests on Mondays. But I'm flexible. If you have a question, let's chat. Important note: Potty breaks aren't just for pets! I may need to use your bathroom. Please leave it unlocked. I do not offer boarding at this time, which means I'll be caring for pets in your home. If you decide to book with me, I'll have you fill out a document with information on your pets' particular needs and routines (medications, potty frequency, dietary restrictions, etc).

About: I am Suzy I grew up on a farm in a small town. I just retired from being a private hospice caregiver. I have experience with dogs, cats, cows, pigs, goats and horses. I have had my own dogs and cats and started helping more with pet sitting and dog walking for friends and family. I have an alternative medicine degree and it has helped me not only in my personal life but also with my animals lives. I am good with dogs and cats that have high energy and separation anxiety. I am retired and this is the perfect opportunity to change careers and enjoy getting to know pets and help their owners out. I have open availability. Cuddles with cats and dogs brings me happiness. I am not in a position to have pets at my home. However in your home I am there to help your animal not feel alone by giving them the attention they need or what you have requested.
About: I have had a dog ever since I can remember and I am 69 yrs old. I have TIME and am reliable, because I am retired. I made sure my kids grew up with a dog and now they have my grand dogs which I love to babysit. I lost my last dog (he was 14) in 2018 and I knew I was going to retire (and travel) in 2021 so now I have my grand dogs and all my friends dogs to babysit and get my fix. I also have volunteered for Rescue4All rescue since I retired. I have a medium sized doggie door out to a wonderful patio and yard fully fenced with 6 ft high vinyl fence. I love dogs so much. They are just the most loving, gentle, and FUN animals put on this earth. I am a walker, so all dogs that stay at my house get walked everyday, with a ton of love and affection. I am going to start Rover on Jan. 2026!!!! I am retired, so I would love to walk your dogs during the day for you. (I am a daily walker anyway :) so why not?) If they stay with me, my home is perfect with a fenced yard, medium sized doggie door (but I do love and will have larger dogs too) and they will get a lot of love and attention. While I prefer crate trained dogs, it does not mean they would be in their crate during the day unless you say it is needed if I leave the house. If not crate trained I would be okay if they are a very well trained dog :) My home is just me, so dogs will get that one on one attention. I am retired so I can accommodate any feeding/walking schedules that are needed.

“Skyla was not only on-time but even spared a little extra time because the dogs wanted to sniff around on their walk a little longer! She also made time to come over ahead of the very first booking to meet the dogs and me so we could all get acquainted and she could see where their leashes, bowls, and treats are kept. The dogs LOVE her, and we look forward to booking more walks, stop-ins, etc. with Skyla.”

“Took on a walk 4 days in a row at late notice for me- great communication and my very shy dog warmed up to her very quickly - already during the meet and greet! Calm demeanor. Will recommend to others - thanks for your help !”

About: I am a HUGE animal lover! I have had dogs all my life and currently have 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 lizards, and 1 tortoise with one of the dogs being on a lot of medication. I also worked as a vet tech assistant so I have a lot of experience medically with animals! I am a full time student but I am happy to make time for your animal. Most weekends I am completely free and I have time between classes to drop in or take your dog on a walk! I have house sat for many years growing up. I have many references that I have gone back to for many years. I am happy to come over whenever you want me there, whether it be all day or just dropping in!
