I grew up raising and showing rabbits and chickens through 4-H and have experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, small mammals, and farm animals. You name it, I either have it or love it. I am a dog breeder and have hands-on experience caring for newborn puppies, senior pets, and animals with special needs. I’ve also interned at veterinary offices, volunteered at animal shelters, and helped rescue, foster, and socialize kittens for adoption. In addition to caring for healthy pets, I have extensive experience with orphaned, injured, and medically fragile animals. My background includes caring for bottle babies, syringe feeding, tube feeding, administering subcutaneous fluids, deworming, parasite treatment, basic wound care, and supporting animals through illness and recovery. I have also worked with feral kittens, helping them learn to trust people and transition into loving homes. I work from home, which allows me to provide plenty of supervision, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to provide a stress-free experience while you’re away. I understand that every pet is unique, and I am committed to providing compassionate, reliable care that gives owners peace of mind. BOARDING REQUIREMENTS Before booking, I ask that all dogs be up-to-date on their vaccines and current on flea and tick prevention. Please make sure your dog’s Rover profile is fully completed so I can provide the best care possible. For everyone’s safety, I only accept dogs that are friendly and do well around other dogs. If your dog is selective, reactive, or has shown aggression toward other animals, my home may not be the best fit. For your dog’s stay, please bring their food, vaccination records, and any medications they may need along with clear instructions. If your dog requires a crate for sleeping or when left alone, please bring one, as I do not currently provide crates. You’re welcome to bring a favorite bed or blanket to help your dog feel more at home, although I have plenty of beds and blankets available. You do not need to bring bowls unless your dog uses a slow feeder or a special bowl. I recommend leaving favorite toys or valuable items at home. Dogs love to play, and toys can sometimes get worn out or misplaced. Don’t worry though—I have plenty of toys and enrichment activities to keep everyone entertained! My goal is to make your dog’s stay as safe, comfortable, and fun as possible while giving you peace of mind when you’re away. I work from home, which allows me to provide flexible scheduling, frequent potty breaks, regular supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Because I am home most of the time, pets receive companionship, exercise, and care tailored to their individual needs and routines. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every animal as if they were my own and take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and any special needs. I provide a calm, loving environment with plenty of supervision, enrichment, exercise, and affection while maintaining the safety standards and instructions provided by each owner. If your pet has temperamental issues I’m happy to crate and rotate so they have individual time and I also have a building for boarding.

My dog has vision issues among other senior ailments and needs medication at meals. Patti was so patient and helped him navigate the new space, always making sure he was safe. We do have classes for a few hours during the week. We have pets of our own so we already have a very well set schedule when it comes to them. About: We have experienced owning a 10 year old bullmastiff, two huskies, and a dog that we rescued from the river while we were kayaking. We consider every dog our child. I work from home for the last 6 years so the dogs have all day to play inside or outside. There is always someone at home with the dogs at all time. I have a fenced in yard and 3 very friendly dogs to keep your dog(s) company. I can also crate your dog(s) if needed. There is also a very nice dog path near my house if you want me to walk them.
