Drop off : Brittany was present at the time of drop off and very friendly to us and Indy, there was no rushing and plenty of communication to make sure Indy was going to be comfortable and safe. Pickup : Kara was present when we picked up the sleepiest looking Indy we've ever seen, he had so much fun with all the other dogs that he went right back to sleep when we got home. Kara made sure that we had everything that we brought him with before we left and let us know that they're more than happy to have Indy over again. Overall 5/5 experience, very satisfied with Indy's display of trust and comfort around the two and very satisfied with their communication.”

Valerie provided us with every detail needed about boarding and even provided a meet and greet after we booked. Jordan was excited, happy and extremely playful. Valerie sent updates in the morning and evening that included pictures. Jordan was relaxed and super happy throughout his stay. Thank you once again making Jordan feel right at home. He also felt so comfortable, he even slept next to her dog Benji who was a wonderful playmate. I will definitely book again.”
