About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was at least 15 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to take care of the furry little creatures. I make sure they’re well taken care of so you never have to worry! I will always make sure your little furry children are well taken care of and full of energy for the next day! I was working home improvement for a few months with a mobile company. My boss currently couldn’t afford to have employees work for him so he let us go. I will be free 100% of the time for your furry children. I will be looking for another job of course.. but currently and for a while I will be available 100% of the time for the week. In the clients home, I will be able to crate the dog if necessary and needed. If they have a fenced in yard the dog will be able to roam freely and have some freedom. If not I will make sure to leash the dog and keep an eye on them 100% of the time. Cats of course if the owner says they do leash them and take them for walks, that will happen. Leashed in the back yard unless told otherwise. Free to roam in the house Obviously whenever!

About: Lifelong pet owner who grew up with dogs. My work from home schedule allows me to offer constant supervision and dedicated exercise blocks. I have experience giving pets medications. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room to play! I can provide many puzzle toys and lunch time walks. I work from home allowing me to take morning, mid day and evening walks and/or playtime. I am available to drop in between 6-730am to get your pet breakfast, a quick walk and fresh water before my workday starts. After 5pm my schedule is free and can dedicate my time to pet care. I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog who loves playing with other dogs. I have crates available if needed. I require a meet and greet before confirming any bookings.

About: I have taken care of all types of animals sense I was about 10. I went to vet tech school and got my degree in small and large animal. I currently do stay at home with my children and I am just looking to still be able to help/take care of animals. I love all types of animals big or small! About: Hello! I’m Mags (Rover requires me to use my legal name) and I love all animals I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently employed part time and have many days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any client’s schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I also am available for staying over nights at clients houses for a more comfortable experience for everyone in the family.

She gives medications to Misty in the morning with her breakfast. We always leave instructions of their feeding schedule, foods, Misty's medications, etc. Misty eats a different food for urinary care. Alyssa knows their routine from caring for them in the past, but asked if there were any changes to the feeding schedule or medicine, which we appreciated. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
