About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them isn't just a job—it's my passion. I have experience caring for senior dogs, puppies, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, small animals, and even some farm animals. My parents bred AKC Golden Retrievers, which gave me hands-on experience raising and caring for puppies from a young age. I also have experience caring for senior pets who require extra patience, attention, and specialized care. I'm a proud mom to an amazing 11-year-old son who loves animals just as much as I do. We also have a 35-pound Mini Goldendoodle named Scooby-Doo, who brings so much joy to our family and inspired the name of my pet care business. I'm comfortable administering medications and following each pet's individual routine to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. During house sitting visits, I'm also happy to help with light household tasks such as watering plants, bringing in mail and packages, taking out the trash, and keeping an eye on your home. I believe every pet deserves exceptional care, love, and respect. Just as importantly, I believe great pet care is built on trust, communication, and reliability. About: I helped train my mom’s 2 pit puppies and taught them tricks (shake, sit, etc.) I will love them like no other just like they’re my own! I am willing to spend majority of the week , every week, doing what I love most ! About: I love rescues, seniors, energetic dogs, loafers and grumpy pets. I call all dogs pups, no matter how old they are. With a scared or unsure dog, I don’t try to force a friendship. I’m happy to sit with them, keep them company and let them decide when they’re ready. I worked for several years at a local veterinary practice and about two years in an emergency veterinary hospital, working with dogs, cats and birds. I’ve had dogs and cats throughout my life, including adult rescues. I also have farm-sitting experience with chickens, ducks, geese, quail, rabbits, turtles, pigs, sheep, goats and turkeys, and have spent time around cattle, zebras, donkeys and horses. My schedule is currently very flexible, with plenty of time for the dogs in my care. In the spirit of full transparency, I am currently interviewing for roles that are remote or may include hybrid work arrangements with part-time hours outside of the home. That being said, all opportunities are within distance of taking breaks at home to let pups out to roam about. Pups have free rein of the house and are welcome on furniture and beds. We have a spacious fenced-in backyard and one friendly, active senior dog who enjoys having company.
