About: I’m a NICU nurse looking to turn my love for animals into something I can do on the side. While this is my first time offering pet-sitting services professionally, I have years of experience caring for animals and am very comfortable with both cats and dogs. I currently have four cats of my own, but my family has many dogs I deeply love. I’m used to volunteer at PETS until I had my son, because helping animals is something I’m truly passionate about. As a NICU nurse, I’m patient, responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented. I work three 12-hour shifts per week as a NICU nurse, and my schedule varies, but this gives me flexibility on my days off to spend time caring for your pets! My husband is also involved and helps provide flexibility with our schedule. I can coordinate my availability around your pet’s needs and am happy to communicate ahead of time to make sure we find a schedule that works for everyone. I understand how important consistency and reliable care are for your pets, and I want to make sure they receive plenty of love and attention while you’re away! I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and loved, especially when their owners are away! I have four cats of my own and have grown up around dogs and other animals, so I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs with different personalities and needs. When caring for pets in their own homes, I will follow their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. I understand that pets are most comfortable in familiar surroundings, and I want to make their time away from their owners as stress-free as possible. About: I have fifteen years of pet sitting experience. I sat for neighbors, family and friends. I will take your dogs for walks, clean out your cats litter boxes, and feed your pets. All pets need love and extra attention when their family is gone and I will give extra scratches and accommodations to make them feel right at home. I’m a part time preschool teacher with a flexible schedule. If your pet loves car rides, say no more they are more than welcome to come. Your furry friend will have a companion all day. If your pet requires medication, no problem I have experience with giving pills and shots. If your dog requires a bed to sleep nearby or in the bed that’s not a problem. We have a toddler bed for your pup to sleep on or a king size bed to share. My home has a fenced in yard and three friendly Golden Retrievers. I have four children in the home from ages 5-11. We have a quiet room that can be fenced off if your dog needs some quiet time.
