“I am pleased with the care my 3 labradoodles & 2 terriers and 2 cats by Alex. They looked happy in the photos she sent us. I went back home for my aunt’s burial. It was a sad occasion but I did not have to worry about my pets. I knew Alex was there taking care of them with her kindness. We will continue to use her service because moving to the valley I have not found someone else to care for them in order to get away for a long weekend. I highly recommend her. She loves animals and it so kind and charming to meet in person.”

“Katrina stayed with my dog for a couple of days. I am very picky with who I let watch him and she made me feel comfortable. He is very shy and she was so patient and treated him as if he was her own. I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Jenna provided exceptional care for our four dogs, which include a German Shepard, Belgian Malinois, Border Collie, and a Maltese in our home to include overnight care. Her communication skills were top-notch, as she kept us constantly updated with photos and updates throughout her time with our dogs. With her reliable and attentive approach, I felt at ease knowing our dogs were in good hands. I recommend Jenna to anyone in need of pet care service. We are grateful for her excellent service, and look forward to booking her again in the future.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for my neighbors my friends and family I really like walking them I do anything to make them feel good. I have about 7 dogs and I take care of them so it's regular for me It's a daily thing i do each day so it is common for me. Most of the time in my house inside the house all depends what kind of dogs is small or big dogs but if you dogs It's an inside dog it doesn't matter the size.

About: From vet clinics to cozy couches, I’ve spent over a decade loving on animals of all kinds—starting as a dog sitter at just 10 years old. Today, I work at a veterinary clinic, where I care for pets day in and day out, learning how to understand them beyond words. Whether it’s a puppy full of wiggles or a senior pup who just needs a soft place to rest, I tailor my care to meet their unique needs. I offer extended stays, consistent routines, and lots of cuddles—because I know how important it is to find someone you truly trust. At home, I have two cats and a sweet pup of my own. I deeply believe animals are a gift—and it’s our job to speak up and care well for those who don’t have a voice of their own. With me, your pets get more than a sitter—they get someone who sees them, loves them, and shows up for them every time. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine! I work at a veterinary clinic, so I’m used to being around animals every day and caring for pets with all kinds of needs. I’m available for evenings, weekends, and extended stays, and I plan my schedule to make sure your pets get the time, love, and attention they deserve. Whether it’s a quick drop-in or a longer stay, I’m happy to help and always aim to make your pets feel safe, calm, and cared for. I do my best to make your pet’s time with me feel as close to their normal routine as possible—mealtimes, walks, play, and rest all stay consistent so they feel safe and secure in their own space. At the same time, I love adding a little “vacation fun” to our time together—extra cuddles, a few new toys or games, and lots of love. My goal is to keep your pet relaxed, happy, and well cared for, all while respecting your home and their everyday rhythms

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience with pets in all stages of life—from playful puppies to senior dogs. I’ve successfully helped train family and friends’ dogs to go potty outside, and I take pride in being attentive, patient, and interactive with every pet I care for. Whether it’s training, playtime, or just providing comfort, I treat every pet like family and tailor my care to their individual needs. I work mornings as a barista and usually finish by 3 PM, which leaves my afternoons and evenings open for pet care. This flexible schedule allows me to give pets plenty of attention, exercise, and playtime throughout the rest of the day and even on weekends. In my home, your pup will have a safe, fenced yard to play in and will be alongside my friendly boxer—unless they need their own space, which I can easily provide. I stay with your pet the entire time to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’m also experienced with dogs who need extra attention, whether it’s giving medication or cleaning up after accidents. Your dog’s safety and happiness always come first!

About: I've had pets all my life. My first pet was at about 5 years old and I have a distinct memory of when I found out I had my first puppy. I've adopted and taken in strays all my life, tended to their needs and I can remember almost every single one's name. I have handled medicine, treatment and anything that comes with owning a pet from dogs, cats to guinea pigs and hamsters. I have experienced taking care of puppies and adult dogs as well, indoors and outdoors. I have experience with taking care of other's pets and pets tend to be pretty welcoming with me usually. I have the love and patience for any kind of animal or pet that needs it. I'm currently working part time and working on a couple of other business ventures so I have fair flexibility. I have weekends free for the most part. I have kids but they would be more than willing to help if it can benefit, but they are also independent enough to stay home while I work. I can only care for small/medium pets as home as I am limited to space and have other pets at home as well. Coming to a home or taking a pet out for a walk or to the dog park works. I spend a lot of time at parks and outdoors and usually try to find activities in the area. I can work with going to the pet owner's home and staying there if necessary.

“Wendy did an amazing job with our pups! She sent pictures every visit throughout the visit. We had an emergency and was unable to come home the day we thought and Wendy was able to help us out. Would definitely book her again.”

“I recently had Crystal take care of my two dogs and one cat during a week-long trip. While most aspects of the care were satisfactory, I was a bit concerned that one of my dogs didn't receive the level of exercise I had specifically requested. The rest of the experience was fine—she kept the house tidy, and the pets were well-fed and otherwise well taken care of. Crystal was responsive to messages and followed most of the instructions I left. However, I would have appreciated more attention to the exercise needs of my dog. Overall, a good service, but room for improvement.”

Midway North pet parents share their Rover experiences
Aleria is an earnest and caring young woman. She was contracted to house and pet sit for 16 days, and that's a really long time. The house was in perfect condition when we returned (except for a few pee spots), but I think that means she wasn't staying the night. The dogs were in good health upon our return, although Hermes was constipated. I think that indicates she didn't add rice and pumpkin to his nightly dinner consistently. But she did something we will always be supremely grateful for. When Inanna developed a bad limp, she took her to emergency vet services and paid with her own money! Of course, we reimbursed her. But I think that shows great maturity and responsibility and concern for the animal's welfare above all else. You can't beat that. So we had a few crossed wires on expectations, but in all fairness, she had a lot of family responsibilities come up, too, and she lives on the other end of the valley. No damage done in the long run. I think she'd be a great sitter for a shorter duration and for some place closer to her home base. I would certainly consider her for future stays.

I recently had Crystal take care of my two dogs and one cat during a week-long trip. While most aspects of the care were satisfactory, I was a bit concerned that one of my dogs didn't receive the level of exercise I had specifically requested. The rest of the experience was fine—she kept the house tidy, and the pets were well-fed and otherwise well taken care of.
