Throughout the stay, they went above and beyond. They sent frequent updates and lots of pictures, which made me smile every time. It was so comforting to see my dog happy, relaxed, and having a blast with Lana. When my dog didn’t want to eat at first, they reached out right away and kept me posted until she finally finished her dinner—something I really appreciated as a nervous first-timer. When I picked her up, she was completely worn out—in the best way! After three days of nonstop play and attention, she came home happy, tired, and clearly had the time of her life. She always provides plenty of updates and pictures and makes sure Osha gets plenty of walks and love. Osha has allergies and only one eye, so she has to take medications including eyedrops, and Lori makes sure everything is given to her right on time. I am so grateful I found Lori because she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and the peace of mind I have knowing that Osha is safe and cared for by someone who loves animals is absolutely priceless. Kaspar was very relaxed when he met Hailey. She took care for him with his limited walks and gave him his medicine. She was very helpful and attentive. Kaspar was happy and relaxed when he got home. When he is finished with his therapy, he is going to have a great time playing with her two huskies. Kaspar will definitely stay again in the future.

Faith was an excellent dog sitter! She is friendly, sweet, and clearly loves dogs. She lives in a great Johnson City neighborhood and has a nice fenced-in yard that gave me peace of mind while my dog was in her care. You can immediately tell she is experienced with dogs by how well-behaved and disciplined her own dog, Moxie, is.
