About: I’ve been caring for all kinds of animals my whole life, but I’ve been doing it professionally for over 5 years. I’m currently in a Vet Tech/Assistant program, so I have the training to handle everything from walks and grooming to giving medicine to diabetic or senior pets. Whether you have dogs, cats, birds, or small mammals, I’m comfortable, educated, and ready to treat your pets like my own I do work as a youth service partner with adopted kids, but that position is intermittent, so I have flexibility and dedication to provide care for your pets. I will provide reliable, safe, loving care in your home. I will strictly follow all routines to make sure your pets stay happy and secure.

About: Specializing in gentle, professional care to elderly and disabled dogs and cats. I started my professional career in animal care at the East Bay SPCA Veterinary Clinic in Oakland. Inspired by the importance of animal welfare, I would complete an eight-week internship at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, where I gained valuable skills in veterinary pre- and post-op care. Following that remarkable experience, I was a veterinary assistant for a holistic veterinarian at a private practice. Later, I returned to shelter medicine as a veterinary technician at the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society. This span of 25 years allowed me to develop and strengthen my skills and expertise in animal care, specializing in the needs of senior dogs and cats. I am currently accepting new senior or disabled pets for slow strolls and other enrichment activities. My availability is flexible on Saturdays and Sundays, while weekdays are limited to only evening visits. Your pet's trust is important to me. I will arrive into your home with a warm and calm voice, assuring your beloved pets that I am gentle and kind. Being a former vet tech, I am also trained and skilled at giving medication*, which can be done in the comfort of your home. *All medications must be veterinarian-prescribed with dosage instructions. No exceptions.

About: I have taken care of pets, cats and dogs, from a young age. I grew up a cat and dog owner and have always loved my pets. I have experience training young dogs for sit, stay, fetch, lay down, roll over, wait, and go. I also regularly pet sit for family members. I am currently not working due to summer break, so I have full open availability. When school starts in August, I will be available evening after 5 and all day weekends. I am hoping to find pet sitting for weekends and dog walks for week days. I currently have a 3 bedroom apartment that is pet friendly. I can take care of small dogs/ cats at my own home and able to take them for walks around my neighborhood. About: I’ve had and cared for pets since I was four years old, which has taught me how to maintain a clean living environment, provide fresh food and water, and handle basic grooming and bathing. I currently volunteer at the SPCA, where I ensure the safety of dogs during walks, monitor them for signs of illness or injury, and provide water as needed. Through this experience, I’ve worked with dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I also recently earned my veterinary assisting certificate, where I learned skills such as administering vaccines, taking vitals, and properly handling and restraining animals to keep them safe. I am available most days besides mondays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and and Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. as I am currently a college student. Pets should be cared for with compassion, kindness, and patience so our pets can feel safe and cared for. They should have a clean living environment with fresh water, food, and regular exercise. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for neighbors and family members on a regular basis. I have had a dog since I was 5 who unfortunately passed away a few years ago. Taking care of her with the help of my mother has taught me patience and helped me gain experience with elderly dogs. I am currently free full time over the summer as I have recently graduated. Starting in August, I will be working regularly as a substitute teacher, but will be available all day on weekends. I can offer all day care if needed. About: I grew up taking care of my family dogs, from puppies and throughout their lifespan. Large and small dog experience! Plus cats! Friends have relied on me to watch their pets and check in on them while they are away. I currently am a full time student completing clinical coursework, so my schedule can vary each month. About: Hello! My name is Ariel. I have my AA in animal science as well as have my certification in dog obedience training, pet nutrition and pet first aid/CPR. I currently work at an animal hospital and I also do obedience training. I can follow instructions very well and I love to send pictures and updates to pet parents that book with me so they know how everything is going with their babies and help them feel more at ease! I also love bike riding and roller blading which I find are good ways to help release a lot of built up energy in dogs! I strongly believe animals are a big part of our familys and should be loved and cared for like family! I hope I am what you are looking for in a pet sitter! I do my best to accommodate all pet parent wishes with my schedule and am very honest about my abilities and scheduling to make sure everyone is comfortable and on the same page I have a fully fenced yard with tall trees providing lots of shade as well as lots of grass. On warm summer days I do bring out splash pads, pools and sprinklers to have some fun in the sun!

For 5+ years I’ve dog sat Gracie the pit bull (see photos) as her father is always traveling for work for extended periods of time prior to coming back to this platform. I would dog sit on multiple occasions for weeks or months at a time, therefore I'm comfortable working extended periods of time with multiple animals. I treat every animal as if they were my own so I understand on a personal note how sentimental they mean to their owners! I pride myself in my patience & professionalism. Complete availability Monday through Friday, I’m open between 7:30am-10:30pm for any doggie daycare needs, dog walking or drop ins! Very easy going & willing to do weekends for repeated clients! ❤️ I currently have a huge fenced backyard & will always make sure they’re monitored. I love to be present with every animal I watch so I always ensure the doggies are safe while they’re playing or resting. I’ll never leave them unattended!
