“This was our first experience with Rover and Kylie. It was a very smooth process to set up and we loved having peace of mind that our dogs were getting some extra attention and love while we were away. Kylie was very prompt and sent pictures, videos and a short note on her visits with our dogs. We will definitely use Rover again in the future for our travel and even for long days when no one will be home.”

“Adrianne is amazing! She’s punctual, organized, loving, and I think our dogs would rather spend time with her than us! We did not worry about our animals at any point while away.”

“Declan was sooooo amazing! I went on a 7-day trip and he stopped in to visit my cat Ty everyday! I always got lots of updates on his health and conformation that he got his meds. Not to mention all the cute photos! His updates really took the stress off of leaving my cuddly kitty home alone because I knew he was being taken care of. Declan is amazing!”

“Issabella did a great job stopping in to care for our cat while we were out of town. She even brought a toy with her and the videos of our cat Doug seemed so happy. Grateful for Issabella!”

About: I’ve always had at least one dog in the house. My family currently has 3 dogs and I’ve helped train and take care of 2 since they were puppies. I’ve taken care of senior dogs and we just rescued our 3rd dog who is 10. Before I go into work, I feed and let out the dogs. One of our dogs tore his ACL so I also tend to him with medication and making sure our other dogs aren’t getting him riled up. Throughout the day I let them out and stimulate them as well as feed them in the evenings. We have an electric fence at my house and also monitor the dogs when they are outside. We make sure they are well fed but not overweight and eating their food. We bathe them regularly and take them to the vet to keep them healthy. When watching other dogs, I make sure to follow instructions and keep an eye on the dog(s) when I’m with them. I make sure they are stimulated and well cared for.

“Steve did a quick drop-in for our mini siberian, was quick with updates and since this is our first drop-in with Steve, he made sure to keep it professional and did amazing with our dog! She was very happy to meet a new friend. He even stayed a little longer with her. Overall, she was happy meeting Steve!”

About: With four years of professional kennel experience, I understand that every dog has unique needs and personalities. I go beyond basic pet care, providing attentive, personalized care that gives your dog the comfort and routine they’re used to as if it were you. From playtime and exercise to medication management, I bring a trained eye to every detail, ensuring your pup is safe, happy, and stress-free. I’m always excited to make a new furry friend and treat them like family! I am currently a student at Ball State University with a part time job. I am looking to eventually quit there and continue doing something I have a deep love for which is animals. I only have classes a couple hours a day with an hour break around noon. I am looking to fill up my mornings and evenings with a care that I deeply enjoy and am passionate about! For house sitting, I stay overnight and follow the pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and medication if needed. I provide companionship, keep the home clean, and send regular updates with photos to keep the owner informed and reassured. For drop-in visits, I stop by three times a day for about 20 minutes each visit. During each drop in I handle feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and basic care, while making sure to send detailed updates and pictures after every visit.

“Amanda was able to check in on our pup super last minute because we had something come up. She was AMAZING!!! I truly cannot recommend her more. She left detailed notes about her visits and amazing pictures for us to enjoy. Like most other people, our dog is like our baby so to feel comfortable away from him was such a relief all thanks to Amanda.”

Middletown Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
I haven’t had to leave my cats for more than a weekend in years so I was a bit nervous! But Declan was fabulous - I loved the daily updates and found that I was looking forward to the pictures every day that I was gone! And on a pet level, Declan managed to befriend my most skeptical cat, and even expand the group of people whose lap she will voluntarily sit on to a whopping three people. So, he definitely passed the vibe check! The other cat at one point attempted to go home with him, lol. Declan was super communicative and definitely made it a lot easier to not worry about the cats, will definitely book him again when needed!
