About: Ive grown up with animals and took an interest in training and sitting when I was around 10 years old. I have experience training and watching family dogs, reactive dogs, service dogs and puppies! I also have multiple animals of my own and am well versed in the different care that different species may need. When I am home, my attention is 100% on my animals. I do have a full time job in a neighboring city and am gone for normal work hours, but devote time and attention when I am home. In my own home, everybody has their own space. With dogs, cats and bunnies, each animal has the ability to socialize or spend time on their own in their space. Each animal has been trained to appropriately interact with each other.

About: Hi, I’m Katherin. I live in the countryside with my husband, our Great Dane, two cats, and a flock of eight chickens. Animals are a big part of my everyday life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I also enjoy gardening, spending time in nature, and being surrounded by animals—whether I’m at home or helping care for yours. Growing up, pets were always part of my family, and my very first job as a kid was pet sitting for neighbors. Since then, I’ve continued caring for animals of all kinds—my own dogs and cats, as well as those of friends and family. When I’m house sitting, please note that my husband works a 12-hour rotating shift—three days one week and four days the next. On the days he’s working, I’ll need to return home briefly to care for my own pets. During that time, I’d be away from your home for no more than 6 hours. Your pets’ comfort and well-being are always my top priority, and I’ll make sure they’re settled and cared for before stepping out. A few years ago, my husband and I used Rover for the first time, and I know firsthand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your pets in someone else's care.
