She was great about sharing photo updates and expressed enjoyment in keeping him, which just made us feel like our boy was being well cared for and loved on. Communication was great throughout. Her experience with caring for shelter dogs was a plus. This is our second time booking with her and our dogs excitedly rushed into her home right when we got there. “I’ve used Rover before for my fur daughter Teddy (Teddy Bear) but not for my fur baby grandson Rolo…and since he now lives with me full time and Teddy is the ONLY dog he absolutely loves and will be around I was scared. Teddy wasn’t so nice to Ms. Amy at first, but Teddy names is truly what she is and I was sad, scared, didn’t want them to go etc Actually I was going to go pick them up and take them to Texas with us. Ms. Amy put my mind to ease IMMEDIATELY after they pulled off I stated receiving pictures. I was graduating with my second Masters and Ms. Amy sent a picture right in time….my heart was at ease!!!! Upon her dropping them off (as I utilized her pickup and drop off service..AMAZING)..Teddy had on a bandanna Ms. Amy had made for her!!! I have several more trips planned for this year and I would not trust ANYONE with my 2 but her!! THANK YOU MS AMY!!!”

I start my mornings with walks and potty breaks, and I schedule midday visits and evening routines to keep pets on a predictable schedule that feels just like home. When pets stay with me, I create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment that feels like a home away from home. I follow each dog’s normal routine—feeding schedules, walk times, crate preferences, and any house rules you have. I provide plenty of supervised playtime, daily walks, and lots of affection. I keep common areas clean, offer cozy resting spots, and ensure pets are never left alone for long periods. Safety is a priority, so I always secure doors, monitor interactions, and use leashes during outdoor time.

About: I've had dogs all my life. I've always had a heart for animals. I was a professional groomer for 10 years and have some experience in showing them. I'd love to make our home your canine companions home away from home. They will be treated like family here! I'm a stay at home mom so we are home most weekdays, and weekends. I have plenty of time to spend with your canine companion. I have a fully fenced backyard and two pups to keep your companion company. I can keep them separated if need be. I ask that you bring your dog's crate and bedding if possible (but not required) to have a familiar surrounding/smell among them. I have a play pen for small dogs, a medium crate and small crate if needed. I'd like for their routine to be as close as their home routine as possible. Your companion will be our companion and they will be treated as family here!
