More on Miami
Miami, nicknamed the "Gateway to America," is a city with a year-round warm climate and happy citizens to boot. We suspect Miami natives' upbeat attitudes may have something to do with their sunshine and abundance of beaches ... but we also suspect it has something to do with their abundance of furry friends. With clear waters and smooth sand, Miami is a dog's paradise and a dog lover's playground.
Pet parents are often drawn to South Beach, which is known for nightlife unlike any other. However, North Beach is a worthy alternative with Latin-inspired cuisine and music. If your dog isn't of legal drinking age or just doesn't like getting sandy, check out the local hiking trails and off-the-leash dog parks Miami offers locals and vacationers alike.
Rover.com knows that sometimes you just need a vacation (or staycation). And sometimes, your dog simply can't come along for the ride. That's why we've created a network of local dog lovers for hire, offering the most-caring dog boarding, dog sitting, and dog walking in Miami. Scroll through our list of Miami dog lovers until you find the perfect match. For more information, stop by our How it Works page. Your dog will thank you.
