About: I have been an animal lover and owner since the day I was born. I grew up on a farm so I have cared for all kinds of animals including cats, and the loves of my life, DOGS! I will talk to, feed and pet anything that crosses my path. I promise to love and care for your pet as if they were my own. About: I volunteered at an animal shelter for 5 years so far. I still do. I have 5 dogs and 6 cats. I have experience with snakes, bearded dragons, leopard geckos, and spiders! I have pet sat for years. I am currently in Vet Tech school and am planning on going to Veterinary Medicine school after! About: I have had taken care of/lived with various dog breeds, and have walked and raised dogs since I can remember. I recently began volunteering at Alaqua walking and playing with dogs, and I have experience dog sitting and walking my neighbors dogs. I work part-time closing shifts at my job, so I am available for early mornings and late nights. I work whenever I am scheduled, but I am always off on Wednesdays! My normal shift is normally 4pm-10pm, so I am available to dog sit, check-in, or walk before and after my shift! I cannot care for pets at my own home, but I will ensure that when I come to your home, I will keep it looking good as new. I am a chronic dish washer if any dishes or slight cleaning needs to be made. I am also no stranger to accidents that dogs are prone to, as one of my past dogs had a sensitive stomach, especially when it came to my carpeted floors. I will do whatever your dog wants to do, but my favorite aspect of it all is to ensure that the dog is happy and to make a connection with them. About: I haven’t had the opportunity to take care of pets that weren’t mine. However, I do currently have two dogs and in the past I had a cat, ferret, yorkie, and pitbull. I’m currently in college, so I have time after classes and on the weekends and if planned ahead of time I can also do between class time. About: I have 3 dogs of my own. All different sizes and breeds. They can be an absolute handful sometimes. My youngest, letty has had lots of training and is working towards being a protection dog. My two others are house trained along with basic obedience training. Work in the medical field, have some days off to watch pups and spend some time with them. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
