“Lauren has watched my cats many times and does an exceptional job! This past weekend she watched Peanut & Boo and was concerned about a spot that was under my cat’s chin. About: I’m new to Rover but not new to caring for pets! I’ve grown up around animals and have experience walking, feeding, and playing with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. Friends and family often trust me to care for their pets when they’re away, and I treat each one like my own. I’m dependable, gentle, and excited to build lasting connections with both pets and their people.the Pet care fits naturally into my routine! I work full-time and take some classes, but I manage my schedule well and always make time for animals. I’m available for pet care several days in a row and can accommodate overnight stays as well. Whether it’s quick check-ins, feeding, playtime, or just keeping a pet company, I make sure each visit is focused and meaningful. Spending time with pets is something I genuinely enjoy and find relaxing. I don’t offer care in my own home, but when I’m in a client’s home, I make sure to follow all routines and instructions closely to help pets feel safe and comfortable. I respect the space, keep things clean, and give pets lots of attention—whether that’s playtime, feeding, walks, or just quiet companionship. My goal is to keep things as stress-free and consistent as possible while their owners are away.

About: I’ve been around all sorts of animals for my whole life and have a passion for caring for them. My family used to have horses, goats, birds, turtles, hamsters, squirrels, dogs, and cats growing up. My mom has been breeding German Shepards consistently for about 5 years now. I’ve helped her raise numerous litters and have spent countless hours playing with puppies. We also have 9 dogs total, 8 being German Shepards and one little dog, so I am more than comfortable taking care of dogs and happy to do so. If I were to stay over to watch your animals I could provide care for them up until 9 in the morning and when I return home from work at around 3:30. That would be Monday through Friday and then I have complete availability on the weekends. A few of our dogs stay inside during the day and night. Then our other dogs each have their own kennels that are big enough to run around in. We crate them separately at night. We also have a big backyard that is fenced in, where they can roam around and play.

About: I’ve had dogs since before I can even remember. I now have 3 dogs, a guinea pig, a bunny, AND a bearded dragon! I love taking care of all animals and making them feel the love!! I currently work a full time job mainly the hours of 2pm-10pm. Any time before 2 I am usually free, then my days off I would be willing as well. I will always make sure your pet is my top priority. Plenty of belly rubs and kisses, words of encouragement and love. Your pet means just as much to me as my own.

About: I have always loved taking care of my rescued dogs. My first dog came to my family as a stray, when I was about 8 years old. My Mom told me “if he stays here through the night, you can keep him”. I sat up with him on the back porch and read to him all night! He stayed! Rescuing dogs brings me so much joy. My most recent rescue has been a challenge. Through that, I have also learned some training methods. I really enjoy that aspect and hope to learn even more dog training skills. I really enjoy walking dogs and even running with them. I find it healthy exercise for me and my dogs! I am available all day on Mondays. Wednesday and Friday after 2:00. and Thursday mornings until 12:00. I am also available most weekends. Please don’t hesitate to ask about other times, as sometimes, I can make arrangements. I walk both of my dogs on a leash. If need be, I am experienced in using a muzzle or gentle lead. I am most interested in walking your dog and drop in visits. I am happy to aid in training also.

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover; I have cared for my own pets most of my life, and did my first ever (non-family) pet sitting job when I was about 12 years old. I have experience with dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals. My husband and I currently have a dog and cat indoors, along with a pair of cats and fifteen ducks outside. My current pup, Abby, has taught me a lot about dog body language and behavior, so I'm better equipped than ever to interact with anxious dogs. I work full time, but can still provide house sitting services if you're comfortable with me being away during the day Monday-Friday, and can provide drop in and walking services early mornings/evenings during the week. Most weekend days I can be available all day. I'll be sure that I have and understand any instructions you have for your pets to ensure that they get the care they expect and deserve. I've also just completed a PetTech first aid and CPR class to be sure I'm able to keep your pets as safe as possible.

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life rangeing in all sizes. Of my four children, two are my dogs, so I know how important it is to make sure our fury family members feel safe and well cared for while we are away. I have a very flexible work schedule, so I can accommodate your dog's needs and maintain its normal daily schedule. To help alleviate any potential stress or concerns, I provide daily updates and photos of your dog. I've found this is the most reassuring way for you to know your dog is happy and safe. I prefer to meet with all parties prior to scheduled visits, so we can go over your dog's daily routine and to get to know each other, which will help make the transition of me being there, and you being away, easier for them.

About: I have been a certified dog trainer for 15 years, a boarder/sitter for 10 years, and a foster for 2. I do what I love! Pups are my full-time job so fitting them into my lifestyle is never inconvenient. Training, boarding, daytime care, or I can host your pet's birthday party with a cake or pupcakes, decorations, and fun games! All pets that come to my home are treated like my own. We have 2 acres for plenty of play space, walks, runs, and exploring. I am a dog foster and often have dogs in my home, but am able to also have your pet/pets as the only ones if preferred!

About: I've been an animal lover with pets my entire life. Recently, my husband and I lost our beloved dog, Sanders, of 15 years; and while our home is now empty from his loss, we find we have the space in our home and our hearts to care for other animals. Your pet will be treated as part of the family while in our care. I have experience as a lifelong animal lover and pet owner, but have also worked at various animal care facilities. Aside from spoiling our dear doggo boy Sanders, I've worked for an adoption program at a rescue organization for 6 years, as a Veterinary Technician for 4 and my husband has volunteered at the local dog shelter for the last 6 months. We are familiar with all breeds, sizes and ages; can administer medicine and follow strict feeding regimens, and understand the individual care needed for each animals differences. **I do require a meet and greet beforehand to make sure your pet will be comfortable while in our home, thank you for understanding! I work 2 days a week, with the option to bring pets to the office with me. The rest of my free time is open to fill with whatever your furry family needs! Because of the extreme flexibility, I am able to play with, walk, run or whatever your pet prefers, as often as they need! Our home is on a 1 acre grassy plot, on a quiet street. There are only 2 other houses on our street, so there is zero traffic! It is a quiet, safe neighborhood and a child-free home. We will gather information from you ahead of time to make sure the house is safe from any allergens, hazards or other standards you may have.

About: With over 7 years of dedicated pet care experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with dogs of every shape, size, and personality—from tiny lap dogs who think they own the couch to 100-pound “lap dogs” who also think they own the couch. Having two Dalmatians of my own (yes, just two—not quite 101, though some days it feels like it), I’ve learned that every dog has its quirks, needs, and ways of showing love. My job—and my passion—is to adapt to those needs so your pup feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in: • Puppy care & training basics – Patience is key when you’re working with a puppy. I’ve helped plenty of pups learn routines, practice good behavior, and channel their endless energy into positive play. (Think of me as the substitute teacher who actually keeps the classroom under control.) • Senior dog care – Older dogs hold a special place in my heart. I’m attentive to their comfort, health, and pace, making sure walks are slower, joints are supported, and they get the extra snuggles they deserve. • High-energy breeds – If there’s one thing two Dalmatians have taught me, it’s that dogs with lots of energy need structure, exercise, and mental stimulation. I’m no stranger to long walks, fetch marathons, and outsmarting clever pups who always seem to know where the treat jar is. • Behavioral awareness – I pay close attention to body language and signals. Whether a dog is shy, excitable, or somewhere in between, I know how to adjust my approach so they feel safe and respected. What really sets me apart is a mix of professionalism and genuine care. I take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative. You can expect regular updates, photos, and even a few funny stories about what your pup is up to (spoiler alert: it usually involves something cute, goofy, or both). I treat every dog as if they were my own, which means your furry family member will always be in good hands. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to give you peace of mind and your dog a positive, stress-free experience. Whether it’s a puppy still figuring out the world, a senior who needs extra TLC, or a big goofball who just wants endless belly rubs, I’ll make sure your pup feels loved, cared for, and maybe even a little spoiled (don’t worry, I won’t tell). So if you’re looking for someone with experience, patience, and a true passion for dogs—plus the stamina to keep up with high-energy breeds—I’d love the chance to meet you and your four-legged best friend. Dogs aren’t just pets—they’re family, and caring for them is more than a hobby for me—it’s a lifestyle. I structure my daily and weekly routine around giving every dog in my care the attention, exercise, and love they deserve. With two energetic Dalmatians of my own, I’ve built a life that revolves around walks, playtime, mental stimulation, and plenty of belly rubs—so rest assured, your dog will never feel ignored or under-stimulated. My typical day is designed around dog happiness and safety. Mornings often start with brisk walks, breakfast, and some outdoor play to burn off energy, followed by structured training or enrichment activities. Afternoons might include more walks, play sessions, or cozy downtime for dogs who need a little nap or extra attention. Evenings are all about companionship, cuddles, and quality bonding time—because every dog deserves to feel loved, whether they’re a tiny puppy or a senior with a little extra wisdom (and maybe a little extra stubbornness). What sets my routine apart is that dogs are the priority. I schedule my days so I can fully commit to their needs: no rushing, no distractions, and no “oh, I have other plans” excuses. Whether it’s a walk, a game of fetch, socialization with other friendly pups, or just quiet companionship, every moment is focused on your dog’s comfort, happiness, and safety. And yes, this includes being flexible—if your dog prefers early walks, extra playtime, or a slow morning, I adjust my schedule accordingly. I also make sure to communicate with owners regularly, sending updates, photos, and little stories so you always know how your dog is doing. You’ll see exactly how much energy they’ve burned, how many tail wags they’ve given, and maybe even how many spots your Dalmatian-inspired sitter has discovered along the way. At the end of the day, my schedule isn’t just convenient—it’s designed to provide total peace of mind for pet parents and a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for dogs. If you’re looking for a sitter who treats your dog like family, dedicates their full time and energy to their well-being, and can handle a little chaos with a smile (thank you, Dalmatians) When you invite me into your home, I treat it with the same respect and care I give my own. I understand that your dog isn’t just a pet—they’re a beloved member of your family—and that your home is your sanctuary. My top priorities are safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment for both your dog and your household. I maintain a safe environment by carefully monitoring your dog at all times, following any special instructions you provide, and making sure your home is secure and organized. From managing access to rooms, ensuring doors and gates are properly closed, to keeping an eye on potential hazards, I take proactive steps to prevent accidents and provide peace of mind. Trust is the foundation of every house sitting arrangement. I am fully committed to respecting your property, adhering to your routines, and communicating regularly with updates, photos, and any important notes about your dog’s behavior or needs. You can feel confident that your dog is not only safe but receiving consistent care and attention while you’re away. Finally, I create a welcoming and calm environment for your dog. Whether it’s maintaining familiar routines, offering plenty of playtime, or providing quiet companionship, I ensure your pet feels secure and loved. My goal is to give you the confidence to enjoy your time away while knowing your dog is happy, healthy, and safe in a trusted home environment.
