About: Hi I’m Robyn @ Ashton Pet Care. I'm excited to host some amazing animals in our home and help pet parents out with quality pet care while they are away! Your dog or cat will be treated as one of my own whilst in my care! I have my own pet sitting insurance in conjunction with the Rover guarantee. ****UPDATE: I will be unavailable for most of September/early October due to being out of the country. New/Repeat clients, please refer to calendar for availability. Requests can still be sent for October onwards, please allow a little extra time with me getting back to requests due to time difference. Thank you! **** PLEASE READ information below to ensure we’re a good match! ****************** DOG BOARDING: I can accommodate 1 family at a time of 1-2 dogs. (Unless regulars that I know will get along) Dogs must be crate trained and potty trained. Dogs must be dog & cat friendly. Due to having an older dog in our home, I can't take high energy dogs that can't respect other dogs' personal space. This is to ensure the safety and happiness of all pets in our home. When booking, if you don’t know the exact pick up/drop off time yet, please select a 2 hr window. Late pick up fee $10 unless extended care applies. CAT BOARDING: To reduce stress for your cat and ours, Cats boarding in our home will have their own bedroom and safe space to relax and enjoy their staycation. DROP-INS: I can do drop-in visits for all kinds of pets, my preference is at least once daily for cats and 3-4 drop ins for dogs unless they are outside dogs. Unless your pet has medication due at a specific time, drop in times will have some flexibility, I may arrive slightly before or after the requested time. I always aim for around the same time each day so your pets get into a routine of visits and know when to expect me. I service a 15mile radius of NAS MERIDIAN. Any travel outside this radius will incur an extra fee. If you are located within NAS housing I can offer a small discount due to reduced travel expenses. DOG WALKING: I offer dog walking within NAS housing only. Anything outside NAS will be charged at drop-in visit rates. I take lots of photos of pets in my care and may post them on my social media page after the stay has been completed. Care will be taken to ensure no identifiable information is shared. Please advise if you DON’T want your pets photos shared. If you’re happy with my services please consider leaving me a review to help me continue to build my business! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ***************** PET CARE HISTORY: Born and raised in the countryside in Australia, I grew up on farms and ALWAYS had lots of animals to care for, including but not limited to; cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits and horses. I have been involved in rescue/rehoming of cats/kittens and previously worked in a vet clinic in Australia as a veterinary nurse/receptionist, as well as doing some basic grooming! I'm a stay at home mum of 1 so I have plenty of time for pet sitting through drop-in visits or boarding in our home. My son may have to accompany me to some drop-in visits and my husband occasionally will assist. BOARDING: Owner will receive a daily photo update of their pet being loved on and enjoying their time with us. I can provide daily walks for dogs. DROP-IN VISITS: Owner will receive completed rover card for each visit including detailed update and photos.
