Pet Sitting in Menlo

About: * summer is here and I still have a few openings left so book asap! Also... I know it seems too early and sunny to think about the holidays, but I usually book up months in advance so reach out, even if you don't have exact travel plans, but know you'll need pet care. I currently have Labor Day already booked, but mid November - New Years is pretty much open, except one booking in Dec. Check my updated calendar. My dog care experience spans all ages and breeds. I know puppies are more work, but I enjoy working with them on leash and obedience training to maintain good habits while their people are away. I have experience with giving daily medications and have cared for senior dogs, one who needed daily blood sugar testing and insulin shots. I live mobile between pet sitting gigs staying with friends and family from Marysville to Olympia. I started pet sitting for clients when I was house cleaning during the time I was in grad school. Because I was already working in their homes and had biweekly interactions with their pets, it was an easy transition to pet care. It was also during this time that a couple of professors inquired about pet sitting. I was a backup for one of thier regular sitters and the other, I'm still their regular sitter 7+ years later. I care for your pets the same way you would. They like to sleep in the bed with me? Cool. They need extra outside play time or walks to keep their anxiety low because you're gone? Done. I am very intuitive to reading their energy and do everything I can to meet their needs. Do you have some anxiety about being away and want pictures daily? Got it covered. My experience with house cleaning also menas I take care of the spaces I am staying so I am happy to water house plants and take care of gardens if needed.

My 3 y.o. tabby jumped in her lap and rubbed on her during the meet-and-greet. 9 y.o. floofer took a few days to warm up although she did do an unexpected observe from a favorite perch. But Chelsie charmed her in the end. I especially appreciated the pics and short vid of my fur kids. Really happy for her care of them!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 and have experience with all different kinds of breeds, sizes, and personalities. Currently my family owns two huskies, a German Shepherd/Border Collie Mix, and a German Shepherd/Pit Mix! Beyond my own pups, I regularly dog sit for six amazing families and truly treat each pet like they’re part of my own pack. I’ve also had the joy of caring for horses, cows, goats, and chickens, so I’m very comfortable around all types of animals and their unique needs. I follow your care instructions closely and do my best to keep their daily routine consistent to reduce stress. I also respect your home as if it was my own- cleaning up after myself (and your pet!), keeping things tidy and making sure your pets feels at easy while you’re gone. I always send regular updates and photos so you can see how they’re doing and have peace of mind.

About: I have owned and cared for all types of pets and animals all of my life ranging from dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, horses and ducks. I was taught at an early age how to care for my own pets, that they were my responsibility. Pets in my care will be treated like my own, who is very spoiled. I consider pets part of the family and I keep mine for life. In my care, any instructions given for your fur baby will be strictly adhered to. I have owned puppies and dogs of all sizes. The largest being Roudy, my 225 pound English Mastiff. I have also owned horses, ducks, cats, water turles, hamserts, guinea pigs and a ferret. I have also raised Golden Retrievers. My very first job in high school was working for a local veterinarian assisting in every aspect of the business from vaccinations to assisting in surgeries (my favorite) to helping with farm animals and giving medications. I currently have a very active young Border Collie named Bailey who loves playmates. My large fenced yard, along with walks and daily fetch, allows for plenty of exercise. Your baby would receive the same attention that is afforded to Bailey. They will become a part of my family while they are here. If so desired I can send daily updates and pictures to offset any anxiety that you may have leaving your baby in new hands. I am retired so I have nothing scheduled outside of the home on a regular basis except for volunteering a few hours a week at at local non-proftit Veterans Organization that provides resources and programs for suicide prevention and stress management to veterans and first responders . This is a farm conisting of many programs. I am working with horses, cows, turkeys, chicken, goats, sheep, pigs, rabbitts, dogs, cats, and mostly therapy horses. I am home full time to care for all of your fur baby's requirements and needs. I have a large fenced yard and friendly dog to keep your fur baby company and exercised. I also have a large crate and outdoor kennel and dog house if your pup requires either of these for any reason. I do allow animals on my furniture but will keep them off of it if that is your wish.

About: I’ve been taking care of all types of animals ranging from dogs, birds, cats, bunnies and even wildlife such as raccoons. I’ve always been a big animal lover. I’m currently a college student just looking to take care of some fur-babies in my free time. I am a college golfer but I do have a lot of free time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. About: Dog walking, dog day care and boarding experience in our family. We have over 10 years of care experience for your loved pets in our care. We have a fenced yard for them to run and play, someone will always be home with them never alone, they are free to roam the home, and we have children of all ages so if they come from a family with kids they will have little to keep them busy well away on their pet vacation I am home all night with your pets and during the week I am home most days, when I am not home my son is home with your loved ones we are a big family who helps each other A French bulldog lives in our home who’s almost a year super friendly with people and loves to play with other friends. We do separate feedings in our home so each dog can enjoy their meals they have outside time where they all can play in summer we have a doggy pool for them to splash around in. At nights all our pets are inside nice warm and cozy. We don’t kennel our personal dogs but if you choose a kennel we do suggest you bring one sometimes pets feel more comfortable in their own space
