Highly recommend! We are currently going between hotels and airbnbs with our infant daughter and 2 cats while our house is being worked on. Last week we left the state with our daughter for the first time to visit family, and had to book somewhere for our cats to stay while we were gone. While we’ve used rover for drop in visits, we’ve never boarded them before, unless you count once when my in laws watched them. They are already extremely anxious rescue cats and are obviously even more stressed than usual due to being outside of their home turf. Needless to say, they would not make the best house guests, yet Zora was remained consistently accommodating and patient with some very grumpy cats. She was very professional throughout the whole process. She showed us where our cats would be kept and made sure to ask questions to cover any details we might have forgotten to mention about their care and behavior. One of my cats in particular can have some problematic behavior, which was discussed in advance, but she handled it very patiently when it unfortunately occurred during their stay. When it was time to pick them up, she had already gathered all their things and had them ready to go at the right time, making for a very easy retrieval. All in all, one of the best experiences we’ve had using rover. You won’t regret booking with Zora.
