Together, we have a vast knowledge of animal care, training, and husbandry for a wide range of species – from dogs and cats to reptiles and birds. ▶ Services • House sitting - daycare and overnight services at your home. • Drop-in visits - checking in on your pets at your home. • Dog walking • Cat care - this includes house-sitting and drop-in visits. No boarding or daycare services. • Pet taxi - request this service through our drop-in visits! We only offer this service in Pahrump. • Playdates at the park - This service can be requested for instead of a walk. • Basic training/behavioral consultation for dogs, cats & reptiles (upon request for an added fee) ▶ Rates Ask about our House-Sitting rate breakdowns if you don't need overnight care but still need someone to stay in your home with your pets between 1 - 11 Hours. ▶ Veterinary Care, Damages, and Liability • Veterinary Expenses: Pet parents are responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred by their pet(s), unless there is clear evidence of liability on the sitter. • Damages, Injuries, and Behavioral Issues: ‣ Pet Parent Responsibility: Pet parents are responsible for damages or injuries caused by their pet(s), unless there is clear evidence of sitter liability. ‣ Unacceptable Behavior: If a pet becomes excessively destructive, aggressive, or uncontrollable, causing injuries to other pets or people, the service will be terminated immediately. The pet must be picked up by the owner or an authorized representative. ‣ Behavioral Training Requirement: The pet may not return for future services until it has completed a suitable period of documented behavioral training. • House-Sitting: During house-sitting visits, we strive to prevent damages or injuries and leave your home in the same or better condition than we found it. Cleaning services will focus on pet-related areas and any other parts of the home we used. ▶ Payment Policy Payment Policies • Rover Bookings: All bookings made through Rover must be paid in full before the start of any service. This aligns with Rover's policies and ensures secure transactions for both sitters and pet parents. • Services Off Rover: If a client and sitter agree to continue services outside of the Rover platform, the following terms apply: ‣ Written Agreement: A detailed agreement outlining services, costs, liability waivers, and any additional policies will be signed by both parties prior to the start of services. ‣ Invoices: Itemized invoices will be provided to the client, detailing all charges incurred during the pet's stay. ‣ Immediate Payment: Payment is due in full either during the stay or immediately after services have been rendered. ▶ Non-Negotiable Cancellation Policy We offer a one-day cancellation window for flexibility. Cancellations made later than 12:00 pm the day before your booking starts will incur a 50% charge for the first 7 days and a 100% refund thereafter. This aligns with Rover's policies, which can be found on their website. To ensure a smooth booking process, please carefully review your plans before making a reservation.
