I grew up with dogs and cats my entire life and started my own pack by adopting two Australian Shepherds. We have since then added a Golden Retriever who is a slobbery ray of sunshine. What’s a home without a dog (or three)? Our fur babies don’t understand why we leave for work every day, so they wait for us and then burst with love and excitement when we come home. It’s why we love them, but sometimes that energy can be overwhelming after a long day of work or returning from a trip. A happy dog requires physical exercise and mental stimulation to achieve balance, so it’s not just about “letting the dog out” for me. Whether it’s a reoccurring walk or drop-ins while you’re on vacation, I will help your dog expel that excess energy through exercise like walks or playing fetch in the backyard. It is important to me to build trust through reliability and consistency, and you will see a difference in your dog. We can start with a meet-and-greet with your pup to discuss his or her needs, housekeeping (feeding, poop pickup, etc.) and your goals and scheduling. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors, and I am comfortable handling different temperaments. I’d love to help you come home to a balanced pup who is happy to see you and to give you peace of mind while you’re away.
