Pet care experience
Hello! I have had the privilege to work with dogs and cats through out my life and career! I was a previous employee at a dog daycare and the local SPCA. 2 years of professional experience in dog care, 9 months in cat care. I have always been a fast friend to all animals I meet and have extensive experience with feeding/medicating/enriching animals. I have had training on how to run play groups, how to decrease fear and stress in cats & dogs, and have owned my very own bully mix for 1 year. I have always owned cats since I was young and have experience with fearful/stressed dogs as well as dogs that are a bit stronger or difficult to walk.

Zoe was fantastic with our pets. She arrived on time, followed instructions, and communicated with us well. She provided several updates and photos. She was friendly and personable and we will definitely be using her again!
Zoe worked for me at the SPCA and was one of my best employees. She always gave outstanding care to all the dogs and cats and if there was ever an abnormality or something going on with one of them, she was prompt about reporting it to the appropriate personnel so the animal could receive proper treatment. She is very responsible and pays close attention to an animals needs and I undoubtedly would trust her with my own animals in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great pet sitter or dog walker!

I generally spend the majority of my time at home with my pets. I own a 1 1/2 year old bully mix. He is 70 lbs and very experienced with other dogs, and I also recently adopted a kitten. My intentions in care taking of your pet(s) will be to focus all my time as scheduled with your pet, along with pictures and full transparency on your pets well being. I am a very fun and active person and hope your fur friend will quickly become my new bestie! If not that's okay too.. they will probably be missing you!

I would love to be able to know your pet as best I can prior to my stay. Let me know any medications, diet requirements, size/breed, and some of their favorite things to do! This will help me plan out my stay and be prepared for our activities! Thank you.
A typical day
I am in the central Charlottesville area and love to walk my dog on the trails and through neighborhoods, we especially love azalea park! I can have fun with your pets at home or out on walks, whichever is your pets preferred daily exercise. I love just hanging out and cuddling too!

I am currently available for future bookings, I will be more available in the coming weeks and am willing to be flexible and schedule longer periods for the future. I can house sit full time or since I have my own pets, spend the nights for longer stays.
