Terrible experience. We came home to dog pee on our bed and a dog with serious skin inflammation after she watched our pups. Find someone else. We hadn't used Zoe before but hired her to watch our two dogs for 5 days. We only received updates each day after asking how things were. Finally after receiving only 1 picture, on day 3 we asked for some pictures because we missed our dogs and got them. We're not sure how much time she actually spent at our house taking care of the dogs, but our dog peed on our bed so I have to assume she wasn't there enough. So instead of enjoying our vacation, we were so worried how our dogs were doing. When we got home one of our dogs had a serious skin infection and his face and eye area were so inflamed. This isn't uncommon for our dogs, but is also very easy to care for. Had she noticed and said something, we would have told her to use the medicated wipes we have. Luckily our dogs are pretty low maintenance, I worry for other dogs which need more attention.

Zoe is always very responsive and responsible; so glad to be able to have her on our team!
