I had my first dog when I was 13, an English Springer spaniel named Romeo. I learned a ton through caring for him from puppyhood into this final months when I just recently had to say goodbye to him. He taught me way more than I taught him and was so grateful to be his momma. Now I have a 1 year old husky, Pepper, that keeps me and my boyfriend very busy! We love to go on hikes with her as much as we can.
