NOTE: I will not be available for bookings between 5/5 and 8/15. I have two pets of my own: a fiesty 13-year-old black cat and an energetic 3-year-old rescue pitbull. Having worked with a reactive dog of my own, I prioritize patience and understand the importance of positive reinforcement. I am comfortable teaching and practicing skills found on the Canine Good Citizen and AKC Novice Trick Dog lists. I love dogs of all sizes and am not afraid to work with your 'aggressive' breed. Whether it's for drop-in visits, quality enrichment, structured or unstructured walks, or a quick mid-day snuggle, your pets will be in capable and caring hands. I am happy to follow any specific instructions you might have to keep up with your pet's typical routine. I want to know all about your pet's preferences and quirks so we can have the best time together possible. I am not comfortable taking dogs to a dog park or off-leash area on our first visit. I am also not comfortable walking dogs >25lbs on a retractable leash. If you don't have a regular leash, no problem! I can provide one on our visits.

Please let me know if your pup is dog or human reactive - that’s not a problem but it’s best to know their triggers ahead of time so we can look out for them. Also let me know if they have any allergies or other medical needs, and how those might present.
A typical day
I love an easy walk around the block or a hike up Millcreek canyon, and everything in between! Happy to take your pup out on an adventure or stay at home and play or practice beginner tricks. I also love to tire them out with a “Sniffari” or game of hide and seek. Let’s work together to get your pets the exercise and enrichment that works best for them.
