Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and am happy to have one of my own now. I've used dog sitting services before and know the most important things are ensuring your pup is safe, happy, healthy, and tired after a day of fun. Being away from your dog is hard enough, so I'm happy to share cute photos and videos to keep you in the loop — you can rest easy knowing your pup is in good hands, I treat every dog as if they are my own! I also have a Cavalier King Charles who is training to be a therapy dog and loves having playmates. If your dog gets along well with others then I’m sure they’ll be best buds in no time and will be able to tire each other out!

Zipporah and Alexander are super reliable and took excellent care of my dog Dusty when I was out of town for the weekend. They took him to the park and sent photos too! Their dog Poppy is very sweet and got along well with my dog. You can genuinely tell they really love dogs and will care for your pet as one of their own. I look forward to using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs someone to care for their furry loved one.
Finn had an absolute blast staying with Zipporah (and Poppy)! She was so nice and I felt very comfortable leaving Finn there in her beautiful home. She sent pictures every day along with updates and could tell that he was being very loved and cared for and had lots of fun daily adventures and snuggles. Her dog is so sweet as well and Finn played with him constantly throughout the day which was so cute to see in the videos she sent! I would highly recommend Zipporah and will definitely be using her next time I go out of town!
Zipporah, Alexander and Poppy are the best! This was our first experience using Rover and we couldn’t be happier. Not only did Kona have a great time playing with Poppy but Zipporah made us feel completely at ease while on vacation. Communication was fantastic. She sent daily updates and fun videos of the pups cuddling, playing at home and in their fenced yard, on various walks/hikes etc. #SPOILED! Kona came home very happy but definitely misses her new friend! In addition, they were extremely understanding and flexible with drop off and pick up due our our airline debacles. What a relief it is to have someone to depend on, we look forward to booking again!!
I highly recommend Zipporah for anyone needing a dog sitter. I work from home, but am not always able to get away to give my pup enough attention and she has been wonderful taking him for walks and play time. I always know she's arrived because my dog goes wild before she even rings the bell. Zipporah is attentive and experienced in dog care and safety and I trust her with my dog completely.

I live in a single family home with a large, private, fenced in yard and garden. All dogs will have free reign of the house and yard and will have access to filtered water at all times. If needed, I can provide meals and medication for your pup as well, based on his/her schedule. I also love to groom and brush my own dog — I can make sure your pup comes back freshly brushed and looking nice if that's something you're interested in!

A typical day
I live at the intersection of Twin Peaks and Noe Valley and have access to several trails. Based on your level of comfort, I can take your pup through Glen Canyon Park, up Twin Peaks, or to the Walter Haas dog park — a fully fenced in dog park lined with turf that is full of responsible dog owners! Outside of that, dogs will have access to our yard to run amuck.
