Pet care experience
I have grown up around animals and have been a cat and dog mom for many years now. I have experience with house sitting, drop in visits, walking, some training and administration of oral medicine for both dogs and cats. Being a caretaker is in my blood, I am extremely grateful to be able to share my experiences with my clients and look forward to meeting you and your pets.

Zia was punctual and very patient with Dahlia. Dahlia has high anxiety and requires someone with a calm presence, Zia was a perfect fit!
Zia was the perfect sitter for my pup! I will be using her on a regular basis as I work out of town a lot. She left my home cleaner than when I left, she gave me regular updates and pictures and my pup absolutely adored her! 5+ stars!
Zia was able to take care of my dog on very short notice and kept me updated on how she was doing consistently until I returned home. She did a wonderful job!

I don’t currently offer boarding however, for house sitting clients I ensure to keep an open dialogue with the owners on their pets well being and care during the visit. If I see that your pet is uncomfortable at anytime during my visit, I make sure to ask the pet parents about triggers or other quirks that may be causing their pets reaction.

A typical day
A typical house sitting or drop in consists of going for a walk after introductions, making sure they are comfortable with me. When we get back from our walk I usually let them relax and get some water and continue building their trust. If I am house-sitting, I make sure I am sticking to the owners instructions/schedule for their pet. Making sure to feed them on their regular schedule, taking them out when they need it, and keeping them safe during my visit.

Availability
My availability for walks and drop in visits: 7am-6pm M-F with weekend availability: 10am-3pm. If interested in booking house sitting appointments my schedule is more flexible.
