Zhemin and Feny were incredible! We used to travel with our dog but as he's gotten older he can't handle the trips very well. We were going out of town for a month and were very nervous about being away from him for so long. Feny was so sweet. She sent us pictures and videos every day. She gave us updates about how he was eating and sleeping. We felt so at ease knowing that he was being so well taken care of. This was the best boarding experience we've ever had.

I don't usually write reviews online, but This is BEST dog boarding experience ever! We boarded our mini poodle with zhemin for 10 days. Starting from the meet and greet, we can tell he was very organized and also shared with us the pictures of the dogs that will be staying with our dog during her stay. During the stay, he sent us lots of pictures and update each day and we could totally tell that our dog was happy and well cared. They took our dog on walks daily, also took her to parks on weekends. We also got a gift bag containing toys and treats for our dog when we picked her up. I will definitely book again with them when our next trip comes up and if they are available!
