Zariya was good with our pup and very quick with communication! She stayed at our house, was able to give our dog his medication, & came over beforehand to meet him. Would definitely book again!

Definitely not a good experience. Since day 1 there were issues, arrived late and left my dogs unattented for 3+ hours. I spoke to sitter and provided alternative how to handle my dogs if she needed to step out but Zariya still didn't follow instructions although had agreed during conversation and even at meet & greet, sitter made commitment to care for my dogs but later shared she had other plans that were never communicated prior to starting house sitting. Sitter took upon herself what her schedule attending my dogs would be regardless what the time range schedule booked. After reviewing surveillance video since my dogs were left unattended it was identified that sitter is not a pet lover, yelled at my dogs when they approached her for affection so finally had to cancel her due to the neglect my dogs endured.
