Pet care experience
I got my first dog when I was 10, his name was chocolate (he passed away a couple of years ago :( ) it was probably the happiest moment as a child. Soon after we got our second dog who is a Doberman loveliest dog ever. When I was 15 we got a third dog, a Boerboel! I am always eager to take our dogs out for a walk, cuddle with them in the evenings and bathe them when necessary. I started Rover summer 2022 and I have loved hosting all these wonderful dogs! I am able to provide my undivided attention and love for all of them.

Zara and her family looked after my dog for nearly two weeks and we could not have been happier leaving him anywhere else. It was our first time leaving my dog at a dog sitter since we got him, he was only a year old and we were so anxious. However, Zara would send us constant updated with pictures and messages about how he was and what he would be doing. She also asked me questions if she was unsure about anything. I would definitely recommend Zara to anyone I know. Thank you Zara :)
Zara was absolutely phenomenal with my elderly dog. My partner and I really appreciated how friendly, attentive and reliable she was. I got sent pictures everyday which is lovely when you’re missing your fur baby. Zara really does go the extra mile, my Bernice can sometimes be a fussy eater and Zara would cook her dinner and even brought back food when she went out to eat. For me, even though it was my first time with Zara it felt less like a service and more like I’m leaving my pet with a trusted friend, my partner joked “Bernice won’t want to come home” she certainly the best dog sitter I’ve ever had! She absolutely loves animals and it shows.
Zara was very friendly and welcoming. She asked lots of questions on the meet up before Teddy's stay. Sent lots of photos and videos throughout his stay which was very reassuring. If she was unsure of anything, she sent a message. Teddy had a very happy holiday which meant we could relax during our holiday. Even checked he was OK when he came home. If Teddy is happy then we are very happy.
Sage had such a lovely time with Zara! She looked after her for a day while I was at a wedding and then again for 4 days while I was away. She sent me regular updates and Sage loved her, will definitely be using her again. Thanks so much Zara!

How often your dog needs to use the bathroom? If your dog is a high energy dog? How often does your dog eat? What is your dog allowed to do and not allowed to do?
A typical day
I will always walk your dogs to places that they’ve been before if they are a bit anxious. Or if they love exploring new places I’m more than happy to do that as well. Anything your dog loves to do I will always make sure I incorporate it into their day. If your dog loves to run around all day, I’ll run around with them I want your dog to tire me out!

I am currently a Student studying my masters, so I am available over the weekends and not weekdays :) I am available for home visits and walking only, no boarding at the moment.
