Zack was amazing with Gobble. He (and his wife) were able to make my cat feel safe and happy. We had done a meet and greet before the sitting even began. He sent daily photos and often videos, and kept me updated on everything. He was able to get him to eat food even though Gobble is a picky eater--Zach relied on his intuition and past experience and used new tricks to get him to eat food. He went above and beyond for my cat in many ways including keeping an eye on his health and well-being (like looking out for dandruff, etc) and truly, made me feel great (and free of anxiety) about leaving Gobble for a long time. Their apartment is really clean, Zack is very organized with everything, and I'm glad that I chose him because gobble came back having made two new human friends, and did not miss me much 😂 which is a great thing! If I had to leave my cat again, I would gladly leave him under Zack's care.

This is my first time ever leaving my dog at dog boarding. They made this experience very special they were so kind to my dog. He felt at home they welcomed him and made him comfortable. I wasn't worried about my dog during my trip as they always kept me updated with videos and pictures. I will definitely be returning again they were amazing I really appreciate them.
