I studied veterinary assistance in my 4 years of high school whilst also fostering animals in my free time. Since I was 13 I fostered animals ranging from dogs, cat, fat tailed geckos, bunnies, bearded dragons, and fish. When possible, I rescue stray kittens and house them with people who will love them. My first cat was a feral kitten stuck on a tree and my second was a feral cat looking for a loving home. I have over 300+ hours of fostering animals and over 10 years of experience caring and handling a variety of animals.

Zaira has taken care of my cat on multiple occasions and she is consistently amazing at it! Her and her husband along with their two sweet and playful cats keep my baby the best company when I am gone. They are all so caring and thoughtful of my cat’s needs and I know that my fur baby will always have all of her needs met when in her care. Helps that Zaira’s cats are so cute and friendly too! My cat always comes home happy, healthy, and full of energy.

Zaira was amazing and a great petsitter for my cat Ramen. Me and my partner needed a last minute boarding sitter for a single day and we weren’t able to drop or pick up our kitty. Zaira was super accommodating, especially considering the last minute nature of our request. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter and will definitely rebook in the future when needed!
Zaira was so attentive, sweet, and caring for my kitten while I was gone. She would communicate and send updates every day and I never had to worry about my cat not getting all her needs met while under Zaira's care. My cat was so happy to be around her and her cats! Will definitely be trusting her again :)

Throughout their stay I am adamant about keeping my home clean just as much as their feeding bowls and litter boxes. I have experience with cats that like to run out so always being careful and mindful when opening the front door is something I am used to. As I live in a one bedroom apartment, they are free to roam any area they would like and even sleep with me if they prefer. Some cats feel more comfortable in the living room which is fine and they have enough space to accommodate themselves.

I would love to know more about their personalities and how they behave during a normal day in their life. Are they experienced with other cats? Are they interactive or do they like to spend time by themselves? Feeding schedules are also important to me. Usually, I feed my cats twice a day but if your baby needs specific and extra times throughout the day, please let me know. Any important detail about your fur baby is needed as it can help me make them feel comfortable and safe.
A typical day
When and if the cats let me play with them, I play fetch and use toys with feathers and bells to catch their attention. I am also stocked with catnip toys and catnip which cats love to play with. Catnip is only given when I receive permission from the owners and never given daily. If the cats seem uninterested in my efforts, they have a cat tree, scratch post, and plenty of small toys and tunnels they can play with. My cats are playful as well and love to play and socialize.

Availability
I have a a lot of free time to take care of both of my cats and usually can take up two more additional cats. I also am able to take in exotic animals such as fat tailed geckos, birds, spiders etc. Just ask me! I wake up early to feed them and give them play time throughout the day. I enjoy taking naps with my fur babies and so do they.
