I am a lifelong animal-lover! Throughout my childhood, I cared for 5 cats, a dog, a bearded dragon, a leopard gecko, and many fish. Now, I have a cat, and I volunteer at the Ark when I have the chance, a local no-kill animal shelter that hosts over 100 dogs and cats. There, I walk and feed the dogs, maintain litter boxes, play with and socialize the cats, etc.

Zack has been walking GENIE for a few months now. He is completely reliable. Always on time. Goes above and beyond in researching answers to some of her fear problems. He is meticulous with the schedule. Nice young man.

I am fully vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19. I do not provide any services in my home, as this would violate my lease, but I will take excellent care of your dogs and/or cats in their own home. It's also less stressful for the pets when I come to them!

The most important information I need before a booking is emergency info such as which veterinarian you use or what to do if your dog were to break his or her collar/harness during a walk.
A typical day
Hiring a pet sitter/walker takes a lot of trust: I know from the personal experience of trying to find a responsible, loving person to care for my cat from time to time. If you put this level of trust in me, I will take it very seriously, and I will do everything I can to keep your pets safe and happy. I will walk your dogs along their normal routes. I like to keep everything really consistent with their normal routines to minimize their stress while you're away. I love to play with cats, too! Just show me where their toys are, and I can take it from there.

I am a full-time college student, but my classes are online, so I am flexible in terms of scheduling. I update my Rover calendar daily, and bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis. I try to make accommodations where I can, but my calendar fills up quickly, so please send requests at your earliest convenience. I look forward to taking care of your pets!
