We met with Zack over a month ago because we were going to need a sitter for vacation. Plans ended up changing and we weren't able to use him at that time, unfortunately. However, on 8/28 we were in a pinch & needed to find a sitter, last minute. Zack was very accommodating & helpful on such short notice. We received excellent photo updates throughout the stay & are very happy we were able to contact him again. We will be using Zack in the future to care for our pup when we need boarding or walking.

Zack was fantastic! When I first booked he took the time to have a meet & greet where I saw where he'd be walking Charlotte and introduced us to his girl friend's dog who is often over. (a total sweetheart of a pup!) I had a unique situation with family members doing the drop off and pick up for me and Zack was really great about being understanding and flexible about the situation and made everyone feel comfortable. When Charlotte first arrived I received a series of pictures assuring me she was happily settled in and then I received a few check ins about all the walks and meals (She's a finicky eater so it was amazing to see her happily eat at a stranger's house!!) Some folks may be hesitant about sitters who have an apartment with no yard but Zack is literally right next to Capron Park; it's basically his yard and it's fantastic. My sister currently doesn't use Rover but I have told her next time she needs to travel that she should call Zack because it was such a positive experience. Will definitely be using him again in the future!!
