My pups loved Zack!

My husband and I interviewed Zack and thought he would be a perfect fit for our senior dog. He was with her (house sitting & pet sitting) for 12 days while we were out of the country. We asked that he send pictures and update us on how she was doing however we only received info/photos if asked. One of the last photos he sent us we noticed a dark splotch on her underbelly. When questioned he said he thought it was dirt, which was odd but ok. When we returned our kitchen was a disaster with food/crumbs all over the floor. He had gone under the sink and evidently used a scouring pad on our dishes and pots which we would never do. Then upstairs where the guest bedrooms are the first bedroom bed had blood and dirt all over it. We were shocked until we also stepped in pee in the same room and realized she must have been mistreated, not taken out. The adjacent bedroom had pee all over that bed. Let me state that our dog has NEVER done anything like that because we walk her, feed her and love on her which Zack agreed to do. When I reached out to Zack about these issues upon our return, he was shocked, he didn't know about any of these problems. WHAT? What were you doing? We are so upset at the situation. We believe she was shut up in the rooms and/or not walked at all. Our neighbors said they never saw our dog while we were away. We are beside ourselves. What is wrong with people? Why would you take this job and treat an animal so poorly. Honestly, if I could file charges I would. Our dog lost hair and has a cut on her leg that were tending too. Shame on you, Zack. I do not recommend him to sit for any animal or house sit. He moves furniture to play xbox instead of tending to the pet, gets the furniture dirty and bleeds on towels without letting you know he had cut himself shaving or starting the wash. Just horrible.
