Pet care experience
You and your dog with love the enthusiasm I bring to pet care. I grew up with dogs and have been drawn to bonding with dogs all my life (and cats, ferrets, reptiles, fishes). I even have a degree in Zoology, with animal-related professional experience including endangered species management and working as an aquarist at the Waikiki Aquarium. Some of my experiences with dogs include my own dogs (although no pets currently), assisting my parents in caring for and breeding boxers, house and pet-sitting for various small to large breeds, and taking any opportunity to play with my friends' and family's dogs! I consider myself to be healthy and fit, and capable of taking your dog on walks that are safe and stimulating, according to your own needs and preferences.

Zachary was wonderful with our two kitties! He sent really nice photos of our fur babies playing and posing in obviously happy trusting ways. He even took out the garbage and set up the laundry for us! Wow. Definitely will look to him in the future for our four-legged family! Thank you Zachary!
Zachary was awesome with my dog Bart and took great care of my place while staying.
Zachary was an excellent sitter for my dog Bart. He was great about communicating throughout my trip so each day I felt totally at ease that Bart was having fun with Zachary and being well cared for.
Zachary continues to do such a great job for us! Our pets are always well-cared for and happy when we get home.

Before dog-sitting, please let me know things like temperament, health, or diet that may be important to the well-being of your dog. Safety is my first priority, and I would prefer to come in with as much knowledge of your pet as possible. I have no breed, age, or size preferences, I love all dogs!
A typical day
Being in Seattle, there are so many places for us to walk and explore together! I want to follow your preferences, so things like walk distance, area, and activities are up to you. I am happy to walk, run, and play with your pup. We may go on a short walk around your neighborhood, a long walk through one of our many beautiful parks, or other fun activities at your request. I am just as excited to explore and play as your pup!

Availability
I am available for walking, drop-ins, and boarding. Work full time weekdays 730am-430pm, but otherwise available all day weekends and holidays. If midday services are needs we can discuss logistics further.
