Pet care experience
I'm very friendly and flexible around animals! I grew up with pets my entire life, my family specifically owning both cats and dogs. Since 2018, I have watched different family friends' dogs and cats on and off whenever they go on vacation, etc. I have stayed the night with them, fed them their normal, scheduled meals and medicine if needed. I've played with them, ran them around in their yard (if they have one), and of course walked them. I've also just simply relaxed with them while binge watching Netflix. Whatever the animal wants (and the owner)!

I was nervous to leave Mookie and Chewy alone for the night but Zach did a great job! He was super attentive and sent picture updates.
Incredible! Communicative! Gus (very large sassy dog) loved his wach with Zachary. Can't recommend him enough.
Zach is so amazing! Highly highly recommend. He was so patient and understanding with my puppy. Replies soooo quickly and gives updates after every walk! I feel so at ease when I’m not home cause Aspen is in such great hands. Aspen also got a hold of debris that he chewed on and Zach was so kind to throw it away and keep him safe!

Since I won't be boarding pets, I will have to visit the client's home. I care for pets based on how I would care for my own, which is showing them love and care constantly, but specifically I would be very mindful and respectful of the specific pet and their owner's wishes / rules.

It would be nice to know if your dog is anxious on walks and if I need to have more control over them. Let me know if I should stay away from other dogs or if it's ok for your dog to socialize. Things like that!
A typical day
I engage with the dogs I'm watching by playing with them, whether that is throwing a ball around, running with them outside in their yard, or simply petting them. When walking, I let them take their time on walks and smell whatever they can, all while being mindful of the surroundings. There is a great bark-path in Hermosa Beach near me, where I walk constantly.
