Pet care experience
Hello! I personally have had a dog in my home since birth (currently mid 20s). I have had the benefit of caring for other dogs since the age of 16 where I have had 3 at a time. These dogs required different medications, different schedules for night, morning etc. Currently I have my own 2 year old yellow lab who constantly keeps me going and active!

Zach is one of the kindest, most responsible and dependable individuals I know. He has always been a dog lover and now and is now an amazing dog Dad. Zach began taking care of my dogs when he was 16 and was one of the very few people I trusted to care for them and stay with them when I went away on business. I knew my dogs would always be safe, loved and well cared for. He is amazing and any pet would be lucky to be in his trusted care.
Zach is a true dog lover. He has dog sitted for my Corgi on multiple occasions and each time has treated her like she was his own dog. I know he is 100% trustworthy because I see how he spends time with and treats his own yellow lab, Tucker, like his family. He takes him to the dog park every single day to swim or play fetch. I would trust him with my animals any day of the week for any reason!

I currently do have a fenced in yard for my dog. I will do whatever the client needs. Previously I’ve lived in locations with no fenced yard, so hooking up the leash and long walks are not a problem! I also have no issue accommodating to anything that is needed!
Information Zachary H. would like to know about your pet
I am willing to learn and adapt for anything that an animal needs. Personally, I have had experience with elderly dogs (both of my dogs growing up lived to 14 and currently 13.5 chocolate labs!). Other then that any specific behavior that they engage in, specifically with other dogs. Dogs, just like people, have tendencies and all of those are useful information.
A typical day
My dog loves to swim! Therefore at least 3 days a week I go to Cedar Bark Park to ensure that not only he is safe, but that he gets to partake in his favorite activities. We also take walks multiple times a day because I can’t even stand being cooped up all day, I could only imagine it’s the same for him. We also love visiting Rud Bud Isle when it’s not summer, and frequently go to Zilker, as well as, Asbury Farms. Another location we go to is the new park in Leander. It’s huge walking campus and fenced in dog park allow us to fully take advantage of our time together.

Availability
I currently work full time but finish any day between 3-4 so would be able to assist after that! I also have a flexible work schedule so if mornings are what you’re looking for having to let a dog out or for a walk at 6 or 7am is no problem at all. Weekends are typical the best for me and I can accommodate to any schedule!
