Pet care experience
I began dog-sitting when I was sixteen years old, where I would take care of my family and friends’ furry companions almost every weekend! Since then, I volunteered at Vanderpump Dogs where I helped train and comfort new arrivals as we prepared to send them to their fur-ever homes! I have also had two dogs myself (so far)! And though I’m puppy-less at the moment, I’d still love some fluffy friends!

Zachary was great! My pup stayed with him over Thanksgiving and I could tell she was in terrific hands being spoiled all weekend. Zachary sent frequent photos and updates and was great with communication. Most importantly, my pup absolutely loved him! Would definitely book with Zachary again.
Zachary is such a wonderful person, we’re lucky he takes great care of our Honey! Also, he’s an excellent communicator and takes lots of wonderful pictures!
Zachary was one of the best dog sitters I found on Rover.com. He was friendly, flexible and accommodating in regards to pick up and drop off times. I appreciated all the photos he texted! He suggested places to stay and just gave you a sense that he really enjoyed taking care of Ares. I would definitely ask him to take care of Ares again! It's so nice to be able to find a person you can rely on to take good care of your puppy.
Zachary was easy to work with and our dog was treated like a queen! We got frequent updates and photos, and wouldn’t hesitate to have Zachary watch her in the future :)

We live in a secured apartment building. All windows are at least three feet off the ground and have protective screens on them/do not open fully. All outlets and cables are protected. And although we don’t have a yard, we go outside frequently and have common outdoor areas! Also, dogs are MORE than welcome on our furniture and beds!

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE FOOD/TREATS READILY AVAILABLE — PLEASE PROVIDE FOOD FOR OVERNIGHT/LONGER STAYS! Aside from that, I’d love to know everything about your furry friend ahead of time! For example, is your dog around people and other dogs? Any favorite activities? Any medications or routines I should be aware of? Any health concerns? And most importantly…can your puppy have table scraps?
A typical day
Rest assured your dog will not leave my side! From walking around the neighborhood to going to local parks and malls, your puppy will have lots of fun-filled days! And when we aren’t out and about, the apartment is plenty big enough for toys and fetch! And during down time, puppy snuggles of course!

Availability
I currently work full-time, with a requirement to be on-site Tuesday-Thursday. I am on rotating shifts, though, so I am often able to make mornings or evenings work! Plus remote days are always better with a four-legged friend!
