I was born and raised in Alaska, where the Husky and Malamute population is strong! I grew up around many fur friends and learned to love them at an early age, my parents never shied from having dogs around our family. I have been watching and taking care of my dogs and friends dog's on and off for almost 2 decades now! My wife and I trained our last dog, Zuja (A Husky-German Shepherd mix), to be a mental support dog as well. It was a blast teaching her how to help out my wife when her anxiety kicks in, and I learned a lot being able to help with that. Zuja ended up being our very best friend and the biggest part of our life; we went backpacking in Seattle and left her with a friend, and now THEY are best friends! We still visit her often and give her the love she got used to.
