I have an immensely diverse background when it comes to animal care in general, but especially dogs. It ranges from having family pets all my life, to caring for two Basenji show dogs. It started early with caring for family and friends pets while they were away. I then starting working for PetSmart and looked after coworkers and a few customers dogs. One past coworker, and still close friend, has 5 dogs, 4 cats, and three rabbits. The dogs’ ages span from one year old Great Dane to an 11 year old husky mix. The husky is an epileptic who requires a little extra attention. I’ve had a lot of experience with special needs dogs. I also worked with two Basenji show dogs that required lots of maintenance. Daily baths and paw scrubbing after walks, twice daily walks/dog park, grill-top cooking each morning meal consisting of steak/chicken and hand feeding each piece. I may not personally treat my dogs that way, but I understand that each pet parent wants, and should receive, the specific care they’re looking for. I can match your dogs energy level, whether it’s hanging out on the couch or going on miles long hikes and dog park sessions. Your dog will love me!
